Good ambience. Good staff. Good food.

Everything is excellent. Right from Check-in, stay, food, hospitality, rooms, restaurant, games room. Each and everything is well managed.

We had a good experience at this resort. Almost everything was good. Enough options were there for the breakfast. Food quality was also great. One thing that really standout for us was the swimming pool and kids playing area.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a view from the hotel room. Apart from this, everything was quite good.

Room was so smelly water was leaking outsidefrom roof. room was smell of damp i find room not very clean bed sheet was dirty smelly.

Staff were great! Very clean and amazing location to kickback for a relaxing weekend.

Need some kind of transportation facilities for guests travelling without vehicles.

Overall it was a pleasant stay at the meritas countryside resort. We were travelling with our family and all our comforts were taken care off. Breakfast was good however, they can improvise on the spread for e.g. no live counter items were available in veg option which could have been made available.

Bathroom's size is a bit cramped which could have been a lil better. Property is good and has almost all the amenities that you require however, there is not much open space in the propery to walk around.

Good breakfast, excellent rooms and facilities. Comfortable beds in the room.

It's was great from food to staff .Food was good. Staff very professional and cleanliness was great too. Overall it was amazing trip.

Rooms not up to the mark according to the price . Rooms v small and prices too high nothing great i don't think will visit again bkf also was ok not so great

We had booked 2 classic rooms one up and one down, the down rooms were v v small but same price as up rooms no welcome drink at the reception as all hotels and resorts at least have that courtesy and as the weather was so hot and humid no fans no a/c at the reception . Didn't even bother to switch it on even other guests were complaining. Yes one thing was only good was the staff they were helpful .Staff means only house keeping staff not the staff at the reception.

Overall a very good place, ambience.Friendly and healthy environment aroundAmazing staff and very kind & polite, very good hospitality overall.Food was amazing, we tried many things over the lunch and dinner a very good quality and very tasty

1.] The entire resort was well maintained, right from the swimming pool to the lawns, to the play area.2.] Rooms were quite comfortable.3.] There is also a play zone which has Carrom, Ludo, Table tennis and Pool table, which will keep you occupied especially children.4.] Quality of food was quite good. I have absolutely no complains.5.] Breakfast was included in our package. I did hear a few people complain about limited choices being provided, but i can assure you that there were sufficient options and am sure most of the visitors will not complain.6.] Staff was very polite and I could see the resorts being regularly cleaned and maintained.7.] Jacuzzi was also available besides the swimming pool.8.] The place is quite peaceful.

1.] Though comfortable, the room size was a bit small. I have booked much larger rooms at a much cheaper price.2.] Water in the swimming pool had a lot of Chlorine in it. It caused an instant burning sensation in my eyes. I would recommend people to carry their swimming googles if they plan to be in the pool.3.] Swimming pool, Play area and Jacuzzi are quite small and will not be able to accommodate a sizable crowd.4.] Not all the rooms have a great view.5.] Parking space seems to be limited. Though i didn't face any issues, its better to confirm your parking space with the Hotel before confirming your booking6.] Food was on the costlier side.7.] The staff was not very responsive when it came to confirming the booking. I had paid the initial 50% of the booking amount but had to message them multiple times before they confirmed the booking.

The pictures given were different to the actual room. The room was a superior room with extra space but that space is actually shared between 2 rooms which wasn't mentioned. Technically we couldn't use that space. The pictures on the website give you a feeling that the resort is huge but it's not so.

The superior room, breakfast which had a very good Indian veg spread. The game zone was real stress buster. The reception lady Ms Anjali was kind enough to help guide on sight seeing locations.

Asking advance payment which I paid a token amount and asking the balance in advance during check in. But finally agreed to take payment during check out. The TV channels and smart TV didn't work all for the duration of stay

although quality of food is satisfactory but choice of food is limited which seems to be a management decision

you can't open the balcony side which is your"s much advertised river side view due to bad smell & very darty look around may end

literally everything. I'd love to visit again. staff is sweet and well-trained, food is delicious and not oily (they took our request to make it not spicy as well), location is perfect, and the room was beautiful.
