Zestin Hill Resort

Location is outside but worth staying in with mountain view at this budget , being a couple we got our privacy with meals also budget friendly and everything was perfect , sernity at peak

Only problem was choosing wrong time ,ie rainy season due to rain and fog was not able to enjoy the points

The location is good.

Property is not well maintained. They tried to sell us a bad room first which had leakage and wall paint popping up. Was a big mood-killer. None of the rooms have good washrooms. Probably there's mold on the curtains.

Hot pot for making coffee and tea was not available. The fridge was not working. The bathroom initially was not clean.

Staff is very cooperative and friendly, room is clean and budget friendly

Location is little far and just after a toll gate so u need to pay toll when ever u go and come out of resort and food is not that good

the pricevis little more as it does not included with breakfast. There should be facility for breakfast buffet in the terrief.

Game zone. My kid was totally felt lonely without it. Game zone should be updated.

Cleanliness, Road Toll to be paid to get in town each time, smoking from beside rooms was horrible smell.

Resort is very good place and staff is very helpful and well behave ,

Service, hotel area, no kitchen working. No garden area.

Location is good, peacefulness. Manager Mr. Manoj Maurya is very co-operative. I recommended two family for this place and one had booked for him.

Room no.107 required repairing. Wall paper, door magnets and in bathroom proper fitting of bathsoap container. Tv chanel sparkeling, break the voice, pictures.

It was the worst

The swimming pool was not cleaned and the staff wasn’t ready to cooperate at all. The cost of room is not worth and the location is not that worth because there are no games and kids area

Pleasant

Everything was good untill some Sir showed up at the hotel at 12.30am and played super loud music in the speaker whi h woke me and my family up from sleep. Had to call the reception and was informed that there is this Sir who came and he was playing the music.This type of behaviour at 12.30midnight is unacceptable and later after 10 minutes they reduced the volume but the music was still on and we had tough time sleeping.

Location and nothing else, just on the highway is good for a quick halt for a night, nothing more.

Horrible plumbing, no hot water in my room, had to get hot water bucket. Hotel management did not even care to fix things or change room. No courtesy at all. The staff was just behind tips.

I had an excellent experience with zestin hills resort .the location was great and the room was spacious and budget friendly.

Breakfast was included in booking but while checking took extra amount for breakfast
