Enrise by Sayaji Lonavala

We loved our stay at Enrise. The hotel is new, the decor is beautiful european style and consistent across.The hotel staff is polite, courteous and warm. They also have a small swimming pool. The location is prime and walking distance from the market, main road & railway station. The restaurant food is delicious, they were sweet to accomodate our late night requests for Bournivta Milk for the kid.The hotel looks exactly as seen in Property Pictures on Booking.com.We loved our stay, especially our 6 YO kid.Highly recommended!

No major cons per se.However, rooms could be a bit bigger. Temperature controlled swimming pool would've been good to have.

Not so fresh stock at the bar, juice boxes were burst open making other cans sticky.Coffee/milk powder sachets in the room were stale and some were found broken.

Quality of food for lunch and dinner was good. Staff was polite and friendly! Cleanliness was good! Beda were comfortable! Bathrooms were good with soaps , shampoos etc.

Breakfast quality to be improved. Rooms could have beeb spacious. Quality of alcohol to be improved. Except small swimming pool, no entertainment was available!

It’s a brand new property. The rooms were beautiful and nicely designed. Staff was amazing and food was great and rightly priced.

One small elevator is not enough.

Booking.com said check out 12noon. At checkin they said I have to check out at 11 else will be charged extra. I had come for a night marathon which started at midnight . I came back to the hotel at 9.30 am. I started getting calls from 11 am to checkout. Zero hospitality standards Breakfast was ok ok and most of the items were running out of stock

The room was clean and the interior of the room was amazing. The swimming pool was well maintained. Had smooth and quick checkin. The staff was very cooperative. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Breakfast spread was limited. Also food taste can be improved.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an amazing stay at Enrise by Sayaji, Lonavala last month with my would-be wife, and it was truly a memorable experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, well-trained, and incredibly hospitable—they made sure everything was perfect.One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful terrace area on the 5th floor. Sipping drinks under the stars with my partner, soaking in the peaceful vibes, and enjoying the stunning view was just magical! The ambiance was serene, the service was top-notch, and the overall experience was beyond expectations.I would definitely book my stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Lonavala. Thank you, Enrise by Sayaji, for such a wonderful experience!

Breakfast was an utter disappointment, butter gone bad, dosa sour, they couldn't even cook the noodles correctly.

Staff in the restaurants needed to be better informed

The place was clean

The service was just bad. The cafe was inadequate. They took more than an hour to prepare a coffee and tea. Btw, the coffee was just from a machine and tasted like shit, for which they charged Rs. 210 plus taxes. Took another 20 minutes to get the billings done. Once we checked into our room, we couldn’t use the wifi as they didn’t complete the checkout process for the previous guests. It took them around 4 hours to finally get the wifi service running smoothly. We had important calls and meetings that got affected because of this and we kept on calling and requesting to get this sorted. The staff were polite but very inefficient tbh. From the photos, it seemed like the rooms are very airy, but the windows and balconies are completely shut and one cannot open them at all. It felt a bit claustrophobic because of that.

A little pricier in terms of food. Manpower in restaurant is an issue which leads to delays.

The rooms are well appointed and clean. The room was the best part of this hotel.The location is nice, quiet and neat tucked away in one of the inner lanes of lonavala. But just a stones throw away from the main market.

The dining hall / restaurant is NOT A PEACEFUL place due to the open Kitchen concept. The noise from the kitchen is VERY LOUD...Cooking noises, Utensils banging, staff chatting. And to top it all there is loud music playing. I went there twice once for dinner and then for B/F. And both times it was too noisy and not a place to wind down and eat or drink. (The bar / restaurant are the same place) When I went there for B/F One of the service staff was lounging around and completely immersed in his smart phone.The B/F Idlis were BAD absolutely dry and hard. Very unpalatable.

Location good. Breakfast had good variety. Staff very helpful.

Non veg was not served in the buffets since there was a conference group who were veg. That became inconvenient esp. during meals like lunch and dinner.
