The toilet needs to be renovated Location of the breakfast is Very small and not spacious. The food was supposed to be hot but it was cold and the juices were hot unfortunately.

Hotel looks like old and not clean.The stuff wasn’t cooperating, I stayed for 5 days and only one day they did housekeeping and that after i ask to do.First day I got a water leaking from the second floor to me bathroom and they transferred me to smaller room.
Actually I loved everything especially the coziness and the view in the room and even in the garden And I would like to thank ms fatmah for everything she was so polite and kind

Very poor breakfast Receptionist is not professional.
the suite bedroom was spacious, and comfortable. I like particularly enjoyed the automatic closing of the curtain. You pull it slightly and the closing continues by itself. First time I saw this system. location is convenient, very close to Alazaam Mall (walking distance), or to access other parts of the town as long as you have a car.
quite expensive for what it is. Too much a feeling of "has been". Despite the hotel is clean and comfortable, it is a bit old. The breakfast is quite simple, good but little choice, which is probably explained by the small number of customers. On the first day of Eid, no buffet was available.No life in this hotel...The swimming pool is closed, although we could get the key to access, but it doesn't seem to be cleaned on a regular basis, so we didn't try it.

Everything is going well, except the extension on check out as i requested to leave 4pm instead of 2pm becuase it is Friday. The reception asked to pay the half price of full night if i want to extend only 2 hours!!! This hotel did not have many customers, so it looked good if they agreed to extend to 2 hours.Also the breakfast is not offering more options.
