Park Inn by Radisson Najran

Cleanness

No parking, standard decoration, old TV

We had a spacious room with comfortable beds and large very usable bathroom. The staff was excellent and helped in every way. The gym had lots of equipment. The manager helped us find a guide and driver to go to World Heritage site at Hima, which worked out very well. Excellent breakfast with many options and attentive service. Room was quiet even though the street area is busy.

The wifi was slow at times.

The location is great.

The staff show no much effort, the breakfast is low quality, the hotel service is bad, the hotel’s facilities in and out of room are old and barely do the job, and above all of that they charge a high price compared to other hotels of higher quality and less or same pricing.

Clean room and good location

Reception staff are grim and not cooperative , also during the breakfast the employees stand in offensive way looking to what you put in the plates, I felt angry from their gazes

Hi, definitely book here!! If you get to this far corner of KSA,then you will appreciate the clean, comfortable, and well serviced rooms. … like being anywhere in the USA. The staff all speak English, they are quickly helpful, and every detail is managed well. The breakfast is hot and tasty with cooked to order eggs. There is a good coffee shop at breakfast and a second in the lobby.

Parking is limited. There is currently just enough, but as they get busier, it will be a problem. And, the directions on Google Maps take you to the back door vs front door, which unfortunately is locked.

Very nice experience staying in Park inn. Very friendly and helpful staff, Shawn did great house keeping job. Really rec

Clean and large rooms

No dining no appropriate coffee shop or lobby

Room size, bed and everything Staff are so polite and well trained both at arrival and departure.

Water heater is not working on the sink

Location and nice staff

Coffee shop and restaurant still under construction

The hotel has spacious rooms in a nice modern design. Everything is new and clean. The bed is very comfortable, sheets and pillows are soft and cosy. Many guest write about the rich breakfast buffet. It was good but not worth to mention.

On our arrival we didn’t feel welcome. „Your passport!“ and „Room nb xxx.“ and a hand directing us to the lift. That was all. Travelling through Saudi Arabia we always got a very warm and friendly welcome, even if language was a challenge. Not here.

Warm welcoming and great restaurant,Asmaa and Mohammed at the reception were so helpful and good supporters

No parking for cars and difficulties of carrying luggages throughout downstairs or upstairs of the entrance

I only had one night there , it was nice in general there was much minor thing which I didn’t like but the staff of the hotel specially the reception girl Asma wrote down my concern to avoid it in the future So I would recommend as a nice hotel , clean and friendly staff
