Staff friendliness, very efficient, polite and professional

I had to pay for tap water. not very impressed.

Most expensive hotel we stayed in in Switzerland and still no breakfast. Indicates it's a Zurich airport with shuttle service. We missed there 10pm shuttle and the next wasn't until 11:30, so we took a cab for $65

We loved the service from the very professional and welcoming staff, and we really liked the hotel in general. It was a very pleasant stay🤩! We highly recommend this hotel !!!

Some not friendly , especially when we ask for extra towels as there was only 2 big towels provided in the room.

The room was overall fine and comfortable, but the staff didn’t feel very welcoming during our stay. The property itself is a bit old and could use some updates. Overall, an average experience.

staff is not that proactive

Exceeded my expectations. Great customer service, great rate, great location and amazing restaurant with nearby Migros for other needs. My family stayed here on our way back from our trip to fly back home. It was 15 min from airport and had all the amenities needed. Comfortable bed and most off all impressive restaurant downstairs that was actually one of the best food we had in all out travels. Highly recommend.

Paying extra for parking but that’s almost everywhere!

Clean spacious rooms. Next to a small shopping mall that have all you need.

You have to pay for the facilities, you have to pay for the parking. We asked for family connected rooms and we were told it was connected, but when going to the rooms, they are not! We complained but told all rooms are occupied!

- The staff. They were so polite and went out of their way to help.- Location was perfect for our purposes.- Room's look was a bit dated but had everything we needed and it was clean.- Being adjacent to the Zentrum mall is a big plus.

Beds really comfortable

The coverts were small for tall people. At some point my son”s feet were uncovered

You have to pay separate for pretty much everything (Swimming pool, and etc). But clean and comfortable

Room it was very good, with peace for rest,Breakfast it was excellent, with different options, very fresh and also very tasty,Room it was very clean, with all additional equipment necessary for normal operation.

Parking must to be free of charge for any guest who stay in hotel without any amount of money like deposit.

Excellent hotel for a business trip, good connectivity with public transport although the place is not so close to Zurich center.

Very spacious and breakfast had adequate variety.

The mattress was a bit hard.

I've spent in the hotel a few days, was there mostly for business, the room was big, with a carpet, a desk, a little tea table, a fridge, a sofa. I like when hotel room is spacious. Everything was clean, hotel room has been cleaned every day, shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom was in big containers so no need to save. From the outside the building seems to be old, but no problem. Good continental breakfast, WiFi OK.

If bathroom door will be opened carelessly, you may hit the shower pane :)

Disappointing

The hotel charges a deposit of 50 CHF. Despite their promise that money are transferred back next day after check out it is not the case. 2 weeks later and after a few reminders I still didn’t receive my money.

Great Breakfast, clean, comfortable Bed, Water service in room.

Card transaction didn't work, Facilities were chargeable, No free parking.

The hotel is good. There is a big shopping mall with suppermarkets, cafes and shops next to the hotel. Walking to the local station is about 12-15 minutes. The pavement and alley are in good condition, so it was easy for us to pull our heavy luggages on the road to the station. The train to Zurich Central Station is about 25 minutes. The reception and room service was very good. The staff in reception solved my request to add the tissue very quick.

This is a Four Stars hotel so I think the room cleaning and housekeeping should be better. In the second day of staying, the towels were not changed enough all types as equipped in the first day. Tea bags was not add in the second day.

The Hotel in generally is ok. The location is also good, because it is in the middle of Regensdorf, possibility for small shopping nearby.There is a also a nice italian Restaurant attached to the Hotel.

Attention, you need to pay separatly the parking which is in the underground. They do not ask or inform you about.. so there is a risk to get a parking fine, if the parking will not be mentioned during the check-in.The Bathrooms in the hotelroom are partially in need of renovation.
