Breakfast was very limited

We liked the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The location was also good, very close to the train station. The breakfast was also ok.

Great hotel in a quiet neighboorhood. The "Superior" was nice, with extra space to spread out, including a couch and desk.The room was on the rear of the hotel with a view of teh hill side across teh river - very private. and very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. The hallways feature a staggered design,providing a feeling of privacy when enteing or leaving the room. he front desk and other hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The morning breakfast was excellent. The variety of foods was fabulous: fresh cooked eggs, breads and pastries, several types of yoghurt including non-dairy. The caprese salad was a nice touch. The coffee (brewed on demand by machine) was great. It's a short walk to the train station, which has excellent underground shopping for groceries, pharmacy, etc. We will stay here again the enxt time we are in Baden Argau.

The hotel has a restaurant and bar - smoke from that part of teh restaurant drifted into the lobby and up the stairs

Great location and walking distance to the thermal baths. Breakfast staff was very kind and helpful.

good location, within walking distance to town but in a very quired setting.Nice big rooms, large TV with a good selection of programs. The dinner ar the hotel was very nice and thestaff very helpful and friendly.

We had a decent stay overall. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and we appreciated that breakfast was included, it was quite good! The beds were a bit on the firm side, and during our visit, there was a heat wave, so it did get quite warm at night since there was no air conditioning. Thankfully, they offered a fan and we had our own portable fans, which helped. We also had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get the fridge to cool properly. All in all, it was a fine place to stay for a short visit.

It was clean

Easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably hot with no air conditioning, and when I asked for an extra fan, they didn’t even have one. Opening the windows wasn’t an option because of the swarms of bugs outside, so we had no way to cool down. To make things worse, the bathroom had glass doors for both the toilet and shower, offering zero privacy. And the room was designed so poorly that you couldn’t even keep the fan running without leaving the lights on all night. Sweating in a bright, uncomfortable room with no privacy is not my idea of hospitality. Completely unacceptable and absolutely not worth the money.

Great Location, Cleanliness, Great Staff, Good Breakfast

Although the hotel staff made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible but absence of air conditioning in scorching summer was a major challenge. If not a fixed unit, the hotel could offer portable aircon

Dinner at the restaurant was OK, but nothing special. Beds were a bit too firm for me and the duvet was very heavy for such a warm time of year. I had to take the middle out and just sleep under the duvet cover

Breakfast is excellent. Location is good for the visitors to 47 thermal.

Paying the parking 25chf per a night. Less reasonable！

Bad

25 CHF for parking is a bad joke. Big room is a plus but not quiet enough (stumping from a room above, slamming doors from corridor). Room was also too warm but only one bottle of water was given. Breakfast average. Stoned shower head! Poorly informed room service knocking at the door at 8 am. Four stars? Really?

Friendly staff Comfortable bed

There is a glass window and glass door between the room and bathroom. Although there is a curtain, it makes it awkward, especially when using the toilet.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to provide what we needed.

The breakfast menu was same and got very boring after few days. We stayed there for 6 nights and there was no change to breakfast and no decaff tea or decaff coffee.

Good breakfast. Quiet.

Expected more for the price. Only one (warm) mineral water in the room. Fridge didn't seem to work.

Nice hotel conveniently located in calm surroundings close to the city centre, station and moterway.

The room ventilation seems to be the problem every time I stay here. It is impossible to obtain the right room temperature.

Really well located, near the nature, the river was just across the road, near the town center, nice restaurants near by, casino was just 2 min walk..

I didn't know i could ask for pancakes or fried eggs/ poached eggs... but i will ask next time for sure :)

Parking a bit pricey (25 chf) and in the end no place to park.... But otherwise, fine.

The breakfast can be improved. The food containers say for boiled eggs etc were empty & top up of food was not sufficient.
