Fiesta Ballroom Hotel

It was so nice since breakfast was freshly made, and specially prepared it earlier than. their usual preparation time when we said that we have an earlier, schedule for the day

Maybe their wifi it's not really strong when you're inside the room but it's still excellent when you're staying in the lobby area , and their tv too I think it need some modernization (it doesn't have like Netflix and YouTube)

It was quiet! The room was big.

I paid for a bigger room. Also, I paid for a verandah. I didn’t use it. It didn’t look clean. I thought I could see Mayon Volcano from it. I was able to view it on the upper level where they have a storage room. Mayon Volcano looks great! There’s no phone to connect to receptionist. The TV is not working properly. Yes, there are cockroaches!

The staff gave us an extra-mile service especially in preparing the breakfast since we are non-pork eater. Well done. Keep it up.

The aircon did its job, the linens did not. There was 1 pillow, 1 throw pillow, and a thin blanket.It was near the place we needed to go, but the location did not have proper drainage. Puddles of water collected on the street road.

The website advertised a very good breakfast, and we were met by a small sausage, a single egg omelet and a cup of rice. The bathroom was very small, awkwardly high and there are no seat covers on the toilet. The balcony was not clean. The WIFI is non-existent.

Location is not that close to the town and the room is not tidy. Also the TV channel is poor.

Was nice that you can see the volcano from your room window.

Very basic room and facilities and little bit old school.

The lady at front desk at check in and also checkout was very pleasant and very helpful..

We arrived in our room and the A/C wasn’t working we had to contact front desk several times to report it not working and the staff at front desk brought us a fan and then finally got the A/C to work . We also didn’t like the fact that there was no airport shuttle when your website had stated free airport shuttle. The bathroom door was falling off the wall , and the toilet seat was partly broken or just very loose .

I like the staff, they are approachable. The food is just okay.

Linens- they are not well cleanedTowels - have stainsHeater- not functioning well, does not serve its purpose. Though they lent us manual heater the next dayBathroom - not well maintained.

Breakfast was basic but good enough for the accommodation price. Location was close to places like SM.

Bathroom facilities need a bit of repair.

The staff especially the receptionist goes beyond to provide the needs of the customer.

-AC can still be improved. It was a bit old and temperature is not that cold even if its on high mode.-No restaurant

Location is convenient close to bus terminal and shopping center

The aircondition is not cooling enough but is bearable

It's comfortable when we stay there.

Not really that I didn't like, but the management/staff has no communication with us. Such as, di kami ininform na "Ma'am, breakfast is ready" so khit nagprepare sila we were not informed.

Friendly and courteous staff. Ensures prompt and efficient service to guests.

I saw a cockroach crawling on the floor, bedsheets have stains, there were dust on the side of the beds and in the windows, the air conditioner was too loud, toilet bowl is not clean.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room are clean. Good clean bathroom with hot shower and bidet. Rates are good for those who are on a budget.

Pillows were not so good, a little bumpy. Throw pillows need a little more cleaning.

The front desk staff lady was very friendly. Bed was nice just the right softness. Was able to checkin very early. The breakfast was actually good. Will i stay here again. I might but will make sure i check the room first.

The pillow has some sort of black dots mold looking thing. The drainage in the shower doesnt really drain fast enough so ur feet will be soaked. The knob for the shower is broken so u have to use ur finger.

That you need to ask for a towel because they prepared only 2tower while we book 4pax, that need to ask for the complementary shampoo and soap and lastly no complementary sleepers. Over all its a fair stay.
