I can see the beautiful mayon volcano from my window. It’s neat and just 10mins to the airport (BIA).

It has not pwd-friendly. No elevator.

I love the location, its near the airport. The staffs were amazing, they even granted our request to be at the second floor.

No elevator so its difficult for seniors to go to 3rd floor so we requested to be at the 2nd floor.

What I liked about Hotel Herencia 625 is that it’s newly built, so you can expect modern and facilities. One practical feature I appreciated is their standby generator, which is very useful in case of power outages — a common issue in the area.The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. The plated breakfast was decent and a good way to start the day.Location-wise, it’s quite accessible. It’s just a jeepney ride away from Legazpi Downtown, Daraga Downtown, and even Camalig, which makes it convenient if you're exploring nearby towns or tourist attractions.And if you're lucky with your room assignment, you might just get a stunning view of Mt. Mayon, which is a real treat.Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value in Albay.

What I didn't like was that the make-up room service wasn't automatic — we had to request it. The toilet bowl had stains that looked like they needed muriatic acid to clean properly. Also, the shower tended to clog, which was a bit inconvenient.

Emplyees are helpful , Breakfast is just ok not really fancy, we might stay there again if we go back to Bicol.

Bed are comfy no problem with that but the bathroom I have minor issue the shower floor need scrubbing to remove that white spot that accumulates in the grout , shower curtain need bleaching coz the bottom is getting moldy snd towels too is not white anymore. The toilet bowl need scrubbing too need pumee stone or sand paper to remove water marks/ring in the bowl. We stayed at room 204 no hot water , I think the water heater is broken or we just don't know how to operate it. Other than that it is not a bad hotel.

Very pleasant stay with good food for breakfast, nice amenities friendly and helpful staff.

Water pressure ran low for a few hours. Elevator would be helpful with AC on the stairs.

I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a nice touch.

I was disappointed with the receptionist ?. She initially accused me of not giving the 1,000 peso deposit, although she later apologized. I hope this kind of misunderstanding doesn’t happen again in the future.

I like the location for it was close to our final destination

How staff treated us. first claiming we didn't give the deposit. second when leaving, they told as to sit down an wait for some one to check the room for missing items .

No elevator. Not senior friendly.No hand rail in the bathroom.

The owner! He didn’t give me back the security deposit because of a clogged toilet. And held me for an hour because he/she trying to extort money from me for his dysfuntional hotel bathroom! He said if i don’t pay him for 2-3 days stay at his hotel his staff will be paying for those days.

location is very accessible.staff are very nice and accommodating.

food lacks seasoning, suggest not to get their breakfast.parking can still be improved.cr flooring can be changed to make it more appealing.No elevator that makes it not good for those with lolos and lolas.requests take time, sometimes you need to follow up.

It was very spacious! Very good room facilities. The staff were very polite and welcoming. They say hello every time they see you! The breakfast was also amazing! Legit Filipino breakfast!

They didn’t have a lift but the staff will help you carry your heavy luggage’s. The bathroom sewers smelt a bit!

The location is excellent and a good jump off point to Legazpi’s tourist spots.

There’s no mini ref inside the room for cold drinks which is essential during the dry season as it is usually very hot.

The facility was nice and the staff were accommodating. It's accessible to restaurants, transportation and all.

The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient, next to the lobby. The hotel provided insight parking and was close to the attractions.

We like the place coz it's very convenient to hospital restaurants and other establishment also easy for transportation..Stuff are good and very friendly . Food are really delicious and serve hot so its absolutely wow. So far we love our stay in the hotel so we really recommend it and surely we love to go back and stay thank you.

Hmmm so far the only things that we got a problem is the consistency of doing the room service cleaning they forgot to do mopping the floor specifically that the floor is white color so dirt is very visible they dont consistent on changing the bedding also putting some stuff like tissue, slippers or the bottled water sometimes they put it sometimes not...
