The room is generally clean and staff is friendly and responsive for the most part

Breakfast food. All too often the food was insufficient. The milk ran out for the cereal, there was no bread for toast, there was no scrambled eggs and requests were made too often to the staff that food was not available. For such a small breakfast area and small amount of guests, food should definitely be more available. There was also a strong fish smell in the lobby of the hotel. It's understandable to serve fish for breakfast but the smell was quite heavy even long after the food was removed.No refrigerator in the basic room provided so be aware of that when booking the hotel (not sure if a refrigerator is provided in the upgraded room)Sewage smell in the bidet/toilet and shower area The rooms are cleaned at request and not on a daily basis as should be the case.

The breakfast on some days were better than other days. It would be nice to offer other hot tea selections like peppermint or green tea. The location was very convenient to walk to the mall and other restaurants. I appreciated the unlimited water refill at the lobby.

I was on the 3rd floor and learned that the floor above is like a "party room" or where events are booked and can get very loud when it is booked for parties. If this was mentioned in the booking description, I would have liked to ask for a room on the second floor. Even though the party floor and noise stops at 10pm, it is very disturbing especially if you need to sleep earlier than 10pm. Also the cleaning crew didn't do a good job in cleaning the broken glass from our room (it was our fault for accidentally braking a glass and we reported it immediately). Upon entering our room, we found some tiny shards of glass in the middle of the room and near the doorway. This would have been dangerous to step on.Also upon checkout, we were asked to wait because they have to check the room. However, we were pressed for time as our flight was leaving soon and we had to drive to return our rental car. We never experienced this where someone has to check the room before we check out (how long would that take? it was never mentioned before or when we checked in).

Rubber mats can be placed in bath area as the tiles when bathing can be slippery. Floor rugs would also be good to have

Good location with a quiet street. It’s near a mall and restaurants.

I feel like the staff needs to smile more… especially manong guard. Need that +1 enthusiasm.The A/C takes a while to cool up.

it was clean and the staff were helpful. the bed was really big which was nice. they also provided adapters. i like the location of the property as it was close to the malls.

the bedsheets had a bit of a bad smell. it was like they came straight out of the washer and didn’t have enough time to dry. it didn’t really bother me that much, but i hope it won’t happen again next time.the breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food. however, it took quite a while for them to refill the dishes. also, i think they should move the table that’s placed near the toilet.i hope they change the hotel slippers too. they were really thin.the hallways also had an odor. i’m not sure if it’s because of their vent or exhaust system, but it smelled like the odor from the toilets in the rooms was circulating through the hallway.what bothered me the most were the window blinds. there were gaps on the corners, and i was worried that someone could see through them from outside. i felt a bit conscious staying on the left side of the bed. granted, our room was on the 2nd floor, but i’d really appreciate it if they could do something about that.

I booked this for my mom and niece and theyre very happy with the place, its new and spotless. Food is great. Very near the mall which is great. Would recommended.

The location is great! Close to three malls. The staffs are very nice and accomodating. The rooms are clean and the hotel is newly renovated. Book the family rooms!

Noisy surroundings, I can’t sleep due to loud sound music of the disco coming from somewhere and dragging of chairs at the whole night stay that makes creepy things to me on the room 312.

The flies in the dining area.No mirror in the room except the bathroom mirror.AC was not so cold, too dusty.

This place was great the breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable housekeeping was great. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful, especially Toni she was very nice and helpful. Thank you, Hotel lucca, for a great stay

Friendly staff and accessible location. The hotel is also clean.

Beeakfast buffet is good. It was quiet at night despite being near the main road. The public market, stores, and malls are walking distance.

There is a bad smell whenever you leave the room for a moment - septic tank smell.

Accessible and near to the city proper, staff were very accommodating with yummy breakfast ?

We were put in a room smelling of sewage for 3 nights that got worse as the day goes by. We were transferred to another room when we reported it and 3 hotel front desk personnel gas lighted me asking why i didn't report it sooner! I was not offered any compensation even when i asked for it. Had the hardest time getting to speak with the management telling me that they are in a meeting offsite all day and there's no way to reach them. The front desk Michael was especially bad denying me that nobody else was smelling the bad sewage but me, and the family they put in that room after us were fine and didn't complain. I asked for Paul, the asst manager to come up with me in the lobby and the room to smell it. Only then that I got someone from the hotel to acknowledge the sewage smell and take me seriously, but still wouldn't give me my compensation, telling me to sort it out with booking.com. During our checkout, the hotel manager gave me back the 3 night refund as compensation, but the responses I got from Michael and Paul were really bad. I will not recommend and will never stay here again.

Clean room

We were not informed that room service was only available upon request, which was unexpected. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where room service is not provided regularly. Additionally, the hot water supply was inconsistent, which added to our inconvenience.

Location and friendly staff

The first room we were assigned in had chapped paints that can trigget respiratory infection and asthma.
