- We've arrived there Oct 14 instead of the booking date because of an error in booking that I made but the hotel still accommodated and moved the booking to accomodate us without extra charges. It was a great experience.

- Ants everywhere, internet was terrible, TV didn't even work, power outages
- Not clean, old linens & towels, bed had bukbok, room needs updates
- Staff were noisy during quiet hours. Sink water pressure has weak pressure.
