The location is not good especially for the elderly since it’s on an uphill, it’s very steep, I almost slide coz it’s quite wet and moldy and I was carrying a suitcase. Good thing there was this bamboo rail to hold on otherwise I might end up in Emergency or God knows.

It was cheap.

However, I informed the place days before our arrival that we are travelling with a PWD that has mobility issues. I requested for a room on the 1st floor. We were provided with the 3rd floor. Stairs were so steep.Room was unprepared. Lack of beddings and toiletries when we arrived. We even checked in late yet the room was not ready.

I love the place because it is clean, huge, comfortable, and served with free coffee and hot & cold drinking water.

What didn't meet my expectation was the poor supply of water, the tv wasn't functional,some lights were busted, and the heater was not working better... And the location is not friendly for the oldies if you don't have a car.

Nice view over the city and located a little outside of the city center itself. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and there was free coffee in the morning.

Taxis will drop you off at the bottom of a very steep hill. No real restaurants nearby, though delivery is possible through grab. No toilet seat/lid, and the water in the shower was either no heat or incredibly hot. Location is a little away from other things, so maybe it is best for airport arrivals/departures.

i loveee the room. i booked it for a cheap price and wasnt expecting anything but the room was so good. best for solo travelers

the walk to the apartelle is killing me ngl T.T the place’s location is the best tho. still this will not make me rate it less than 5 stars

The room was spacious and has a strong internet connection. Staff were friendly. Location is quiet and has a good view at night. Free drinking water available. Toiletries are not included but they have a store where you can buy them.

There were mosquitoes in the room when I got in. The road leading to the property is steep and it’s a one way street, which made it hard to reach if you don’t have a car especially if you have a luggage.

Value for money. 15 minutes drive to the airport.

No trash bin in our room. There was used towel inside their cabinet. The heater was not working upon our arrival. No toiletries was provided. When we went down to ask for toiletries, the staff said that no available tissue, toothbrush & toothpaste. But they are available items for sale but none to their customers. They provide soap and shampoo only but since my companions did not ask. They were not provided. Good customer service should provide to its customers automatically. The room was not charged to my credit card and so they call me for the payment and they are charging me more than that was indicated to the booking.com but insisted to pay what was indicated in the website. Masyadong mataas ang akyatin mo if magkalakad ka or yung akyatin ng sasakyan.

The place is clean and homey.ĵ

It's situated on o hilly side. Not suitable for senior citizen and not transpo friendly especially on tricycle as it is hard fro them to climb.

Big room for a single occupant. The airport is just a few minutes drive away.

No intercom to the lobby.

Bidet is broken.The aircon not cool and little noisy. The room lights is old and not fix. this is my first time to stay in reddoorz with not good room. i always choose reddoorz before i didn't expect reddoorz in albay its so much disappointed

The room was really nice and spacious, also there's a basketball court and you can see the legazpi city at night.

The road going inside was steep and small but you can park in front of it

There were short brownouts.The water heater and shower head just turns off on its own.The location was too high and steep, like you're on a hike.The TV doesn't work.The wifi is weak and cannot run Netflix or Prime Video.Facilities should include a room phone and free toiletries (upon arrival).The door has an opening at the bottom. (Privacy might be invaded).
