We had a misunderstanding. I thought I was booked until Saturday. I was informed Friday afternoon that I had to leave because someone else had my room reserved

Room is costly, they are small, not well clean and staff are very arrogant in dealing with their customer

the hotel is amazing and the staff.

when i enter the room i noticed the mirror is so dusty and the drinking glass is dirty. also the bedsheet have hairs on it but didnt complain coz for me is a simple thing, as myself is a housekeeping supervisor in Hilton Hotels and resort in Alaska thats why im very picky on rooms and i inspect everything. hopefully this will change soon but everything else is amazing...

Check out process! Have yo dig thru your stuff for a deposit slip that they already have on file. This needs to be eliminated!

Having to show a deposit receipt at check out. They already have funds on file so why waste time to show receipt again.

We rented two rooms. The one twin room was good for my wife’s mother and sister was nice however, the one bedroom suite we rented for my wife and my daughter was quite used and very disappointing! Cafe had more flies the people! Didn’t say anything as they held a 8000 peso deposit over us! Upon checking in!

Considering we checked into one of the most expensive rooms at the property, it stunk like a men’s locker room the whole time we were there. Also the multiple stains on the furniture just made it gross.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Chilo bar. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Great food and fantastic service at Chilo. Grace and Abegail went above and beyond typical service. They made me feel welcomed as a solo traveler.

Wi-Fi is unreliable

Not actually didnt like? but I think you just need to fix the water temperature at the shower room. It has no middle temp. Its neither too hot or too cold?

The noise from the road and loud motorcycles that seem to constantly travel up and down the road.

I love everything.the food in all the restaurants are great. We love everything’s served. I also like the staffs. They are all respectful,cheerful, friendly and accommodating. The room is good cozy and comfortable.

The transportation was limited. Only tricycles are available and not conveniently for senior and handicaps. My husband had hard time riding the tricycle.

It’s chic considering the city’s standard. Every detail in the room is well thought of. The buffet breakfast is generous. The staff is friendly and efficient and timely in all their responses and our requests done quickly.

Location was okay, not super close to everything but close enough. It was close to a bank and had an ATM in the hotel as well. I liked that they used a third-party laundry service so we didn't have to go through the more expensive hotel laundry service but only a few staff knew about that option. Room service was good.

Food at the breakfast buffet and the restaurant was mediocre and could have been better. I did not like how the shower and toilet rooms were part of the main room and not as a separate room. The shower kept flooding. The gym was not air conditioned and power only on when room key inserted so I was in the middle of running on the treadmill when an earlier gym-goer left and removed his key and the power shut off. Also wi-fi did not work in the gym so I could not listen to music. Wi-fi did not work in the main lobby as well. Wi-fi id/password did not work so we had to get vouchers with limited time use.

The picture of the room that we rented online was not as big as it should have been, the beds should have been bigger, we got the delex twins, in the advertisement is showed a Queen and a twin size Bed in the room but the place was cleaned, except the pool was not in the mornings. The staff was very nice. I do not care for paying the VAT and your service charge. It was ridiculous. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay,

Clean, well appointed, gym, pool & restaurants. Service staff excellent, front desk staff not so much

The front desk staff know nothing about good customer service, this made an otherwise pleasant stay, annoying, wont be going back

Great food selection

Put my mother in law right next to where construction was occurring, banging and drilling all day. Not good for an oldie Staff where very fickle, some excellent, some just abrupt and rude

Very clean and organized! The rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and good services they render to their guest. Peope here are very respectful! I will keep on returning.

Just an over priced food in their restaurants. Maybe they can at least lower down a bit for the general masses who checks in.
