Staff cannot be faulted excellent and friendly throughout resort, initial welcome was a bit cold.

Food was awful, somany full plates being collected. Not eaten, benefit was I lost weight as was unable to eat and no options nearby. Very isolated result not even a shop on the resort. Basic cooking skills very absent.

A few door locks that need replacement

I booked a deluxe pool view, and I would say it was a good room. I travel a lot, and have been to many hotels but the room I think was overpriced for such a far destination. 1. I didnt like that its overpriced. 2. The bathroom floods when you shower. Mind you there is a separate cubicle for shower and toilet. The water from shower cant be contained just inside the shower even if it has doors, i walked out of the shower with a flooded bathroom. I thought it was just in my room but apparently some of my friends room habe the same problme, theyre booked at sea view3. One of the doors by the bedroom that opensUp to the pool is BROKEN! The doors wont latch! Really? I paid a hefty price for a pool view with a broken door and risked getting robbed at the middle of the night. They gotta make sure atleast the room is well equipped4. WIFI IS VERY BAD. FOr a time where internet is a necessity, this place has very poor reception! 5. The bathtub is unstable! For the love of christ, I was trying to get out of the tub when it tipped a little bit, i had to hold on to the sides so I dont slip!! UNSAFE 6. Checking out - We are all done checking out at the reception., all 3 cars, 4 rooms, which took us maybe 30min,,, when we reached the gate,, we were told to hold up and return to front desk because we still have to settle some stuff. The guard at the gate was saying it was the guard at the main building that said that when He shouldnt be the communicating to the guard house! Its supposed to be the main reception since checkout is at the reception and they will be able to clear us. We stayed for about 10 more minutes.

The landscaping is beautiful. The resort isIsolated and good venue for those seeking peace and quiet.

The beach is pebbly. Breakfast is varied and good but the a la carte during dinner is not up to par. No bathroom glasses provided. Standard room on the smaller side.

We had a good stay. The place is soo relaxing however we didn't get to enjoy the shower as the drain was broken. We asked them to fixed it but it seems that they just wipe the water out from the broken drainage. Turns to be a big minus to our relaxing experience coz everytime we need to pee the water from the shower drainage wet all over the floor of the toilet.

Breakfast infuses cultures and serves an array of local and american cuisine. My family enjoyed the food.

Jestski was fun but make sure you take off your glasses

We loved our stay. A waiter at the restaurant - Allan, was very accomodating. The place is perfect if one wants to unwind, it is very peaceful, though a bit far. Overall satisfied.

The staff is efficient and friendly. There are alot of amenities and activities to do. Our stay was pleasant and the food tastes good.

We expected more from the beach, us being beach people more than pool.

The rooms are very clean, comfy, spacious and definitely a place to relax.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 pool/garden view and 1 seaview. I was told by Melanie that they will be on the same floor.I arrive 2 hours early upon normal check in hours. Melanie helped me during check in and informed me if our rooms will be ready then. I do not have a local number but told her that I will be in the lobby area which is visible for her to see if I am there or not. She did tell us we can use the facilities but since our luggage is still in our car, we didn't have our swimsuit. We decided to check out Spice Market and had halo halo.. After, we strolled along the beach and we came back 30 minutes to the lobby. 10 minutes before 2pm, I approached Melanie and she said it is not ready. A few families areived to check in and I figured that it's past 2pm, maybe my room will be ready and so I lined up. I stood on the line for 10 minutes, saw Melanie went to the back office and never returned. I approached a gentleman, sorry didn't get his name but he is the person that handled me on my checking out, and asked if my room is ready. He said we are still not ready. I'm like why? He said they housekeeping is running late..Ok. Understood. But why didn't Melanie told me that 10 minutes before 2pm when I approached her. This is what made me disappointed, or unhappy about this check in process. If she just told me.about it earlier I would have been more patient. But no, she didn't. I wasnt expecting this type of service considering this is a 5 star hotel. We end up having 1 of the rooms on the 3rd floor which is supposed to be for my parents' but since both are not up to speed on their mobility, I gave the seaview room to my cousin. Please make sure this does not happen to anyone. The front staff need sto have better communication with theri customers especially if they are waiting in the lobby.

I like the infrastructure of the rooms and resort, it’s modern and stylish and has a luxury feel. The food is authentic to the local region. Great entertainment choices on their tvs in the room.

The resort felt like a ghost town as we were 1 of 3 guests staying at the resort at the time. The atmosphere was lonely and we were the only guests most of the time in the restaurant, the beach or wherever we went in the resort. The beach isn’t amazing and I felt scammed for my money for staying at this place. It was a waste of time. We will definitely not be returning. The reception staff have good English however, the rest of the staff onsite barely speak English so it’s difficult communicating my requests. We specifically asked for no cleaning when we dialled ‘0’ for reception. When we returned to our room in the evening, we found that the room had been cleaned. On the first night of arriving we found worms in the room which was another creepy element to this place. We went for a massage and again the language barrier was an issue as it was a struggle communicating with the staff. The lady had an attitude and didn’t walk us through all the massage options but only told us 2 options when we saw on their brochure that there were many options. Construction workers were everywhere as well during our stay, which I found uncomfortable as they stared at me like i’m a piece of meat. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around in holiday wear. I did not get the luxury 5 star resort feel at this place. The pavements were full of cracks too which isn’t a ‘luxury’ feel.

The villa,amenities and the beach??????

Celebrated with my family here. It was great. The suite was beautiful, pool clean, sea was awesome- we learned to paddleboard and kayak so it was fun!

The only thing issue I had though was the slow internet and the several power outages - good thing it has a backup generator but it can be annoying coz we experience power outage 8 times during our stay. It’s quite pricey also coz a 2 day stay is equal to a 4 day stay at a 5star hotel in Bali

Breakfast .. like a train station .. guests were unruly .. guests were wet and sitting on cushions and changing clothes in thier seats !!!!! Food .. acceptable

Staffs should not accept guests that are wet or they sit outside ..

beach wasn’t groomed, some amenities were closed due to off season. breakfast menu needs to be enhanced.

Overly priced

The resort was really nice! Amenities and the buffet breakfast was amazing!

It’s hard to call the lobby, you have to use your own phone. If you wish to eat in your room there’s additional charge of 10% which I think is not reasonable.
