The staff were amazing. The restaurant is excellent.

Liked everything.

Love the breakfast! A lot of options esp the local dishes.

Elevator is a little small. Hard to fit in luggages and 2adults with a kid in one go.

My family and I loved the breakfast. It became our bonding time every morning while we were there.

We booked four rooms. In our room (402), the bed was not comfortable, possibly because it is old. In room 406, the floor becomes slippery for some reason.

Renovated room - comfortable and clean bed.

During our 3rd day of stay, the elevator was under construction/renovation. Apparently, the flooring needed to change for whatever reasons they did that in the morning during breakfast hours. End up my parents(senior citizen) waiting until it was fixed in order for them to go back to their room, but they pushed themselves to go down using the stairs just to have breakfast. Informed front desk about the situation but nothing was done only after expediting the situation to the manager then it was fixed. Room was not clean even upon flipping the card outside the room. End up calling housekeeping only the end of the day just to ask for amenities. Lastly, I checked out before my parents and informed and asked the staff at front desk if everything was settled + informing her regarding my parents checking out later that day - she said all good Maam they just have to check out as per norm and nothing to worry. End up receiving a call from my parents that the staff asking them to pay the room rent before checking out which is already settled via booking.com. So, inshort they stressed my parents for nothing. The incidents really made me feel very upset.

Generally very comfortable and breakfast was great. What was unique was this: I fell while running and when I asked for some anti-septic, they arranged for a medic to treat me in a room across from the reception?!! ?

Staff and their service were excellent. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Also great that there is an on-site restaurant especially at night.

We booked three rooms in total. One of the rooms had an odd smell in the bathroom. Also one of the bed sheets in the same room had a really strong detergent smell which made it uncomfortable for one member in our party who has asthma.

The location is perfect as it is in the heart of the city wherein you can walk easy to the malls.

The room is missing some basic items or amenities like wash clothes or face towels. The front desk only provided 1 room key as they said they run out of the key card. The vanity mirror’s lighting is “off-focused” as you can’t see your face that much as the shadow causes obstruction on the lighting. No toiler paper holder. No full length mirror. The breakfast buffet was good but the soup was so cold and they run out of coffee but was able to provide upon request. They charge extra charge for a child even 6 yo or younger.

Very noisy aircon system (neighbour building) near our room, it was difficult to sleep

Great accommodations, including clean room, great food and an exceptionally friendly staff that went out of the way to make you feel at home and respected period

At city center

Room smelled musty. There was a left over soap on the sink. Some areas were fairly dusty. Probably because of ongoing construction but nonetheless.

It's in the center of Legazpi, very accessible. The room is huge.

Staffs are good specifically the one in the restaurant.

The parking area was to stinky and gross as all the rubbish piled up in there and its very stinky,ome of the rooms we occupied theres a certain smell that we cant describe.Hair in the shower and toilet sink..

It is located in the city center and is very accessible. Room and bathroom amenities were included. Staff were accommodating.

Receptionist did not know the booking agreements posted on the app. Breakfast didn't include the child. Didn't feel very safe as past midnight the guard was sleeping and we entered the property with nobody in sight.

Breakfast was good.The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is close to the shopping malls and restaurants.

I was quite disappointed to find out the fitness room was not available. I actually chose this hotel above another cheaper hotel like Hotel Emerald because it listed a fitness room as a feature.Also, the food is way overpricedI ordered a cup of lemongrass tea ,expecting a teabag i hot boiling water.What I got was a pot of boiling water with 3 sticks of lemon grass at a price of Php 128 :(

Our last 2 days they finally decide too upgrade us to a bigger room! But got even worst the bed was so un comfortable hars mattress and can barely here outside street.

The bathroom need a fully renovation! My mum had accident the shelf of the under the basin fell on my mum foot. Shower drainage are block and bathroom airvent need some fixing noisy

Breakfast Buffet were very good, the only experience I got from my stay was the pot inside the room is not working. Pls check it out.

when we checked in with my daughter, the staff/receptionist is not smiling. She must be the one to smile because its the first area to be getting in touch with the customer. Anyway, our overall stay was good, the other room was used after 5pm only. We also checked out before 11AM for work reasons. Thank you all the guards and the one who assisted us in waiting for our grab. Thank you kuya and hoping that you will not change your treatment to all your customers. Thank you Hotel St Ellis for the extra good treatment. P.S. Kindly check your INFO about the "no. of room or no. of beds"? I was puzzled about it. God Bless everyone!

Location

The room was incomplete without a wardrobe, cupboards or even chairs, as we booked 4 rooms we could see the rooms were incomplete and even towels on arrival was not there… and the staff were not very genuine and wasn’t helpful had to reach out to a manager who then only helped but we lost one day without proper resolution and no compensation was offered.

Great place to stay, my son like internet connection during online class.

My husband left his laptop and he called me after check out but I picked it up the next day. Be honest staff ?

we liked all the facilities, is a modern set up

we order dinner appetiser, soups and main meal,everything came at once. by the time i got to the main course it was cold.
