- I got confirmation thru booking.com thought it was all good, turns out i dont have booking at all in their records, they told me they cannot open their bookig account so my booking wasnt valid. not good
- The location is very good. Near to the places I have to go to, especially to malls and other establishments. There was a brownout during my stay but the electricity came back after 30 minutes (I assume it came from a generator). The staff that I encountered were nice and polite. The place felt safe and clean which is a must during this pandemic.

- Booked a room for an overnight stay because of LET (exam). Arrived around 2:00 pm as stated at the confirmed e-mail booking. Receptionist told us that the Hotel was fully booked and they don't know about the Booking.com reservation as they dont have access daw. The receptionist even mocked us that if we want to stay in the city for the night, we can go to Marison hotel as if we can't afford it. The WORST HOTEL I'VE BEEN TO. Went to different countries already and never got a problem booking thru booking.com. DID NOT EVEN HELPED US GET A ROOM AND INSISTED THAT THEY ARE FULLY BOOKED. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Booked it to have a peaceful stay before the big examination and we experienced more stress. Luckily, I called Marison Hotel and they still have rooms so we spent the night there. but this hotel? A BIG NO.
- There were occasional loud conversations and loud cleaning during early mornings but it didn't bother me that much.
- Room is not prepared.there is no ready towel and hygiene kit and even glass in the room. You need to request at the front desk.there is no complimentary water. need to get drinking water which is located in the 2nd floor. Very impractical from third floor you will get drinking water in the 2nd floor..
