- I left my wallet in the room, when we returned it was gone. The hotel reaction was unsatisfactory as they know exactly who cleaned out room
- No Air conditioning. No mini fridge. No attendant at check in. No indoor space for bicycles. No elevator.
- There are no such things.I blame only myself for forgetting to bring a power plug converter as the wall sockets in Switzerland are a bit different than the Swedish ones.

I especially liked the products for the bathroom as well as the amenities in the room. I liked the quality of the breakfast,
If I have to be really picky about the cleanliness of the room, the surfaces of one of the night desks and another little table were a bit dirty.
The staff was very kind, very attentive. The room and the whole hotel is so cozy and comfortable. Felt like being at home, I really enjoyed my stay.
