- Friendliness of the staff. We arrived early and was helped immediately. We were able to check in early. Ate at the restaurant. Food was excellent! Received fresh apples and a bottle of still water every day. Coffee machine with Nespresso capsules was a great treat!
Cons -
- Reception closes a bit too early
- nothing…
- the main road next to hotel can be loud at times. despite exceptional service from most of the staff, unfortunately one of the receptionists was very unprofessional on how she handle any query from our side. it is a pity, since that was not the impression I had from previous telephone contact with other employees.

Friendly employees.
Breakfast was not what I expect for 4 star hotel. Poor. Location was loud and next to a busy road. Lots of traffic noise.
Wonderful breakfast with hot choices in addition to the normal options (due to Covid it was all brought to the table). Nice bottomless coffee.
It took us some time to figure out the heating (was too hot) - only to find it was centrally controlled (need to ask reception toi bring the heating down)
Location and food - marvelous
The hotel is very quiet and restaurant is very good
Most of the staff only speaking german specially at the restaurant. Bit strange for a 4 starts hotel.
