Location, there is a notice that they speak English, however no one spoke.

The buffet breakfast!!!

The Pillows are the worlds smallest pilllows! Which led to waking up with a sore neck!

It was pretty good but waiting 30 minutes for our drinks was not good & the service of the food was a bit haphazard

Super king bed was pleasant surprise, great shower and good breakfast choices.

Very confusing access and very dark hallways and stairwells.

Good bed, large with good mattress.

The bed filled the room, very little space left in the room.

Staff was friendly and actually good at english. Parking was good since it was locked so it felt safe when having a vehicle full of expensive equipment.

Its fine for truckers and people traveling through i guess, but the rooms smell quite strong of rancid smoke, so i guess it was a smokers room previously, some of the furniture was damaged from cigarette burs also, I really didn't like the fact you need to put a deposit and then its returned from 12:00 after checkout but you honestly have no idea if you're getting it or not. The carpets smelled, looked and felt like they had never been cleaned, everything in general did not feel freshly cleaned or deep cleaned in the last 5 years. The breakfast was okay, but not worth the cost, since there was barely any variety and the quality was subpar, we would have preferred to just pick up some food at a bakery on the way out.

We were glad that the rooms and beds are ok. But that's it.

The hotel is situated in a very industrial environment. The online photos don't match reality. The hotel is generally outdated. The terrace is homemade from pallets and looks very dirty. The entrance and dining area appear very untidy. There are piles of materials or bedding lying around in many places. A real shortcoming, especially in summer, is that there is no air conditioning, so the temperature in the bedroom was certainly around 28 degrees. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet contemporary standards of comfort.

The staff were amazing—really friendly and helpful.

There was a silverfish infestation in the bathroom. Shower was in bad condition.

The room had everything we need. It was a bit small but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The TV was able to stream Netflix which made our stay more enjoyable.

Room was relatively small, but okay for a 1 night sleep. Some furniture or lobby was a bit outdated, but clean ( it didn’t bother us much)

Location is very hot. No air condition and they provided small fan which is not sufficient to get proper cool air so couldn’t slept

It was clean and comfortable. Arrived late in evening last minute booking. The neighbouring bistro food was really good. Breakfast was buffet but fresh and good choices.

Didn't like the location at first as it is situated in a business park.. but it was quite safe and secure. Room was small but good for value as it wasn't expensively priced.. Only stayed 1 night ..

they were serving food to a coach party, i asked for a menu and was told it was only for the coach party

Modern and clean

Car park barrier almost took my head off.Booked twin room, provided with 2 tiny 70cm wide single beds pushed together to make a very small double. Room was on third floor facing the main road. Noise from ambulances was unbearable. The room had been sprayed with an excessive amount of scented cleaner. Breakfast was overpriced.Toilet roll holder positioned perfectly for banging your elbow. Complained to reception about incorrect beds but they were overbooked and offered no alternative or compensation.
