Easy checkin and checkout, nice room, very good breakfast.

We were provided with excellent customer service both at check in and check out. Amandine was very nice and was very helpful.

The breakfast was ok but a lot of the breakfast and coffee we had to ask for as not replenished

No air con in the room was told they have been switched off as not summer. We was advised by the staff of the hotel that the air con was only switched on when the outside temperature hits 26 degrees.

It was a nice compact hotel , clean and warm , dog friendly to .

Location was great once we found it , not too well signed hence it took us over an HOUR to find it, the strange bit was the actual Fast hotel was closed but we were invited to stay next door at the Comfort Hotel which was comfortable , very odd .

It was clean and well presented even to having a kettle in the room a bonus. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff I met were very helpful. Everything in the room had a fresh clean smell. Good secure parking.

Three things the first was out of the managements hands, there was a horrible child in the next room who literally kicked off at 0100 hrs a between 03:00 and 04:00 so the one thing I wanted I did not get. He/she spent a total of two hours kicking the walls the other side of my bed. I was on the top floor at 71 I have poor eyesight and a damaged hip so the lights going out before I reached the bottom step was not helpful. And finally, the some of the breakfast dishes were cracked and damaged. The staff would not of known about the child and at the time it happened would not have been able to do anything about it.

Its a great budget chain. The rooms were big enough for a night's stay and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was decent and parking was plentiful. The hotel was near some good eateries so it was an easy place to stay for a night.

Did not take breakfast. Rooms were close and therefore the sound from the adjacent rooms were clearly heard. Snoring was prolific. But it was affordable and clean

Airco didn't function in a 26 degree room at night.

Room was not great, bathroom was terrible, like a port a loo. Shower was awful

Friendly staff, excellent location near restaurants and more, the bed was comfortable, and they were able to provide a crib for my baby. They charged the deposit from my CC and cancelled the charge after stay as promised. We travelled with our pet and no issues were brought up from the accommodation. The shower was also a bonus.

It's more like an inn than a hotel. We stayed in a tiny wooden cabin like room with the smallest toilet I've ever seen. The room was carpeted, which made us anxious because of our baby (allergies) and our pet (if he did anything on the carpet, we would not be able to clean it up properly). We could spot dirt on the smallest places. We ordered a double room, but got a twin one - they simply pushed the beds together. Our room was non-smoking, but guests could freely smoke under our window (which they did countless times during our stay). The message from the accommodation mentioned a dinner service, but the staff denied serving dinner so we had to go out late at night looking for a restaurant. Our biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast. Although a buffet with a fair amount of options, the milk and coffee were cold, cakes were obviously days old, and we doubt there was anything fresh there. They also didn't sell or have something as simple as water available. Everything looks better in the pictures.

No AC, fusty smell in the room, very dated & a tiny room. Desperately needs refurbishing!

I would suggest a little improvement of directional signing from the principal road. Sat NAV takes you near but to a location c 100m from the hotel.

The shower was not separated from the rest of the toilet. The bed was too hard and the pillows too thin

Asked for single beds was given double, not ideal for adult and child. Asked for 2 rooms near each other they were far apart again not easy when travelling with small children.

The guy at the counter was very helpful and kind. The room is small but has everything you need. Fine for a quick stop and stay. It has a couple of decent food places nearby

It got a little noisy with the neighbouring visitors at times. It's not the best part of Orleáns, which is fair considering the price. I haven't felt unsafe.
