the room they said we booked was very small, and we moved the day after for a better one, with view on the river, for a small supplement. We liked the hotel's elegance and charm, and the situation near town center.

Very centrally located hotel in Orleans, with very friendly reception and helpful staff. Very good bedding. Did not take breakfast here. All ok.

We had a room on the first floor to the street side, which was noisy when opening the window, but airco was good and sleeping no problem.

The location was great on the river and in the old town. The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was really good - among the best of our trip.

The room temp and the decor. No conditioner, body wash or other amenities, which is pretty common but disappointing when staying at a nice hotel.

Location, Staff and Room were all excellent. Staff was very lovely and helpful to us, arriving with a rental car and baby! Thank you to Adrian - I wish every hotel had someone as warm, welcoming and helpful as Adrian. Additionally, the woman at checkout was also unusually nice and helpful - merci Margot.Location is EXCELLENT - overlooking the river and right at the base of the pieton walking area of the old city.Room looked newly renovated, excellent air conditioning and quiet at night (our room was on the courtyard).Note: we had the Suite with jacuzzi tub, salon and sauna. While we didn't have time to use the sauna, the suite and bathroom were very modern and surprisingly spacious, especially for a hotel in France!100% Recommend - above all for the perfect location and the excellent staff. Note: for anyone with a rental car - parking is right next door in a parking structure. We pulled off in the side street next to the Hotel to unload and it was super easy parking - 10 euro/day with a hotel voucher.

Perfectly locared, nice clean rooms with working airconditioning and very helpful staff. Really love that the toilet was separate from the bathroom, a rarity. Good breakfast too and parking at the parking garage behind the hotel for 10 euros (exchange your parking ticket at the front desk). Faultless for the price.

The location of the hotel

This hotel should never have been rated as 4 star nor charge twice what it is worth. Rooms are very small and uncomfortable. Definitly not worth 200+ Euro. And the staff seems bent on extracting undue money from the customer at all cost.

Parking slots in public parking not for Mercedes owners. Rooms rather small, as in most French cities. You should reserve your restaurant before arrival.

Location was great, room was a bit small and we expected a bit more for the price we paid

We had to wait 10 minutes when we arrived to check-in becuase there weren't enough staff at the front desk

We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was very quiet. The rooms at the front over looking the Loire river were on a main road so although you have a view there is traffic noise. The hotel was located close to the old quarter of Orleans and shops which was very convenient. Breakfast were excellent with good choice.

They didn’t have their own car park. You had to use a multi storey car park close by which was inconvenient and charges applied of 10 euro every 24hrs. It was a spa hotel but we didn’t use these facilities.

Excellent location, walking distance to all main sites and stores, parking garage just behind the hotel ( still some carrying of lugage requireed down the stairs), nice view on the Loire. Our room had three large windows which openened (also 1 in the bathroom), which allowed for great airing. As our suite was on the main street, a bit of traffic. Recommend it.

Awkward spacing of bathroom

Great location next to the river and right in town. Room was a lovely suite with separate lounge area and a large bath in the bathroom. Lovely food and a great team who couldn’t do enough.

The hotel spa was fully booked so we weren’t able to use it.

Very friendly and helpful people, located in the Heart of the City , a large parkhouse for the car 100mtr. Behind the Hotel. A very nice Hotel Bar, all is well done decorated.Best thing ist the ski Lounge , its so impressive and with love decorated.

Netter close windows at Night, it might be Noisy from the street. But that the Sound of the City

Breakfast excellent, staff helpful , location good,Room very clean.

No usb ports in the room , toilet so close to the wall, 6’2” husband it was pointless, net curtains hanging off their runners, skirting board had seen better days as the decor.

Clean efficient friendly helpful, all as described.

The room is snazzy, but very inefficient with awkward use of space which posed a few minor problems. But that's the designer's fault.
