Lovely room, but was located right next to the lift, but it wasn't overly noisy so it was good. We also were able to park right outside as we arrived late and leaving early in the morning so that was another really great plus.reception lady was very very nice, she gave me jug of milk and large tea cup when I arrived so I could make a bedtime cuppa tea bonus points :)Breakfast was small but ample.

    bathroom was rather cold!

Good family room and easy walk in to town

No air con, which was not ideal in summer. The breakfast was quite limited.

    central location

We were told there was parking on the street, however all the places were taken and never saw anyone move out. There is underground parking at the top of the road and across the street. You can stop outside of the Hotel to unload your bags.

Plenty of parking outside, adequate room for overnight stay. Easy walk to city centre.

Lots of noise through floor from room above.

Individual, old school look. Not your standard hotel chain style.

It was quite warm in the rooms and hallways

Central location Lovely room overlooking the garden. Big bathroom

Good location with free on street parking alongside. Nice garden and very helpful staff.

Being woken up at 7am by the fire alarm because some selfish person decided to smoke in their room. However the staff sorted this out and kept us informed.

Needed a hotel to break up the long drive from southern France to The Netherlands and this worked out very well. It's walking distance to the center of Orleans on a quiet street, with a comfortable room overlooking an interior courtyard. And it was great (and unexpected) to be able to park for free on the street just a hundred meters from the front door.

    Location to city

Room sizes and no drink facilities inside room.

    Staff was amazing, very helpful

No dedicated parking, long walk from any restaurants, poor shower design, bad water pressure, horrific bathroom light

Charming hotel, well equiped.Friendly staff!Good location right outside of town, parking in the street.

Just note that there is no AC, which is fine, you can open the windows.

Excellent location, great breakfast. Good bike storage as well.

    Nothing really.

    8DavidPosted on: 4-15-2024

The lady on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful and remained so throughout our stay.

The room needed somewhere to put things down on, eg unpacking a suitcase. Good cupboard to store though

Really nice small hotel with some cool Artwork on display by local artist that is for sale. Broke a journey from Clermont Ferrand to Rotterdam. Lovely place to stay and the staff were amazing. Ideal for the city centre and the breakfast was great too but at an an additional cost of €15.

You have to park your car on the street. Not a major issue though as its free.

The staff were so friendly and helpful they made us feel very welcome. The location seems remote but a 10 minute walk got us to the main city square which had some stunning places to eat. The rooms themselves were great, we had adjoining rooms and the twin bedroom was very large with more than enough room. The double was quite a bit smaller but this wasn't an issue as it was somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was adequate and met our needs perfectly. Fully self service. The on street parking is fine with some car parks a little distance away. It seems there's lots of people parked there who work so there were a few cars clearing out by the time we arrived at 1700

The unexpectedly warm conditions hammered home the lack of air conditioning. The rooms were very, very warm and uncomfortable. Fans were provided but didn't do enough to combat the stifling heat. As a one nighter it was fine but if I did a few nights I'd be suffering. A portable/window air con unit would go a long way.

Lovely old building with eclectic mix of vintage and modern decor. Perfect location for walking into Orleans centre just 10 mins away.

    Nothing, all good.
