It was clean. Nice to have a breakfast room. The parking was good.

The staff were not friendly. We had only one bottle of water to share and one chair to sit in, in the room, for two people. When we arrived in our room there was an open half empty bottle of water by the bedside. When we asked for extra blankets and pillows they weren’t too happy about it. They’d given us one tiny flat pillow each to start.

The location works really well for us when we come off the autoroute. The staff are friendly and approachable meeting our requests for extra pillows etc. the breakfast buffet offers excellent choices and staff there are very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and have modern decor and facilities which are perfect for overnight stays!

A fantastic hotel as a stopover point on your trip around France. Dogs are welcome. (We also recommend the local vet, Sami, about 15 minutes from the hotel.) Friendly service. We've been there twice already and will definitely be back.

Convenient location, parking in the courtyard, breakfast, clean linens, comfortable mattress and pillows, opening window, adjustable ventilation.There is no hairdryer in the room description, but there is one!

There is no such thing, because it is an excellent price-quality ratio

There were some problems with the heating when we visited, the staff were good and offered a full refund if we wanted to change hotels, but we opted to stay and they provided a second blanket and offered a portable heater....but it was cold!

Everything was fine. The room was perfectly acceptable and quite clean. Did not match the historical exterior of the building but was comfortable. Free parking inside the courtyard , very convenient. Breakfast was nicely presented, lots of variety. Location was excellent, right on the river, walking distance to old town, restaurants, Cathedral.

Room and bathroom were both a bit small, but adequate and worked fine.

No hot water for a shower, the bedroom light was permanently on so we had to take the lightbulb out, no water in the room so we had to ask reception for some, room not very clean

Location is excellent, staff are very friendly and professional, parking right there, and they accept dogs!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The secure car park behind the hotel was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good.

We had no hot water on the evening we arrived. Staff were very apologetic but there was nothing they could do.

Breakfast was quite good. Room was very quiet. Parking was free, which is a 'bonus'. Wifi was free and reliable. Easy to reach, the hotel is located at walking distance from the center of Orleans. Hotel overlooks the river and there are nearby paths to walk/stroll/run. Staff were really friendly and they actually helped retrieve a forgotten garment ,which was subsequently posted to an address of our choice. If you want a 2-night stop-over in Orleans, this is your choice, pricewise and facilities included.

Great location, nicely decorated, secure parking and a very nice breakfast. Will definately stay again.

The only improvement they could make would be to add tea/coffee making facilities in the room.( we brits do love our tea !)

Easy walking distance to town and opposite river walk. Good choice of restaurants, cafes etc. Beautiful cathedral.

The hotel was modern and well equipped. It was in a quiet part of town but not too far to be able to walk to the city.

A bit of a walk into town

Located in a quiet area on walking distance from center of Orleans. Very good bathroom with large shower and separate toilet.

Price was a little high for the relatively small room. No water boiler and no easy chair.

Secure & plentiful parking, short walk into town. Bacon at breakfast.

The receptionist on arrival was glum & disinterested. She failed to say there was a qr code for the wifi (only available at reception) until we called down as none was available in the room. She made clear it was our fault for not noticing.One of those dreary 2/3 star places you swear you'll never stay in again. Eggs at breakfast were powdered, rooms tired, shower door didn't close so bathroom floor was swimming and the whole place had that pervasive whiff of 'summer drain'. Bearable for a quick overnight and leave, but given the cost, it's probably best looking elsewhere.
