Great location very close to old town; 15 euro to park; wonderful room and warm reception;

Hotel was right in the center of town. Everything was a short walk from the hotel. Room was comfortable and front desk very helpful. Parking garage adjacent to hotel.

The room was a good size with recent modern decoration and the bathroom was excellent (good size, fabulous shower, towel rail). The breakfast was great - ham, eggs, yogurts, pastries plus excellent coffee machine and freshly squeezed orange juice. Best was the staff - they were all attentive and very friendly especially accommodating to our puppy

It rained (!) but that’s not the hotel’s fault! Car parking at the hotel although very convenient was a little expensive (perhaps consider a reduction for second/ subsequent nights).

Staff was excellent. Can't recall the name of the outstanding head manager, but Carmen and Alex were wonderful. They made excellent dining recommendations. Alex was even helping me with my French. On first morning, we were a little laggy, and they held housekeeping until we went out for the day. Location was amazing. Street in front of hotel re-opened when we arrived, so we could park in their convenient garages. Enjoyed breakfast one morning and selection was adequate.

Limited shelving, and no drawer units. We were 2 persons in a room with additional bunk beds, and we used them as shelving for our 4-night stay. Shower pours water onto bathroom floor. Push-squeegee is provided and is certainly needed.

Rooms were small and parking relatively expensive but this is expected in a city centre location

Street construction in front of hotel was inconvenient which made parking & getting luggage to hotel a bit of a struggle but staff was very helpful and construction should be completed very soon.

Excellent location right in the centre of Orleans. Very friendly and helpful staff and it has a comprehensive continental breakfast. A very comfortableplace to stay.

The hand held shower didn't switch on but it didn't detract from a very nice stay.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bathroom looked good, modern with plenty of towels. Nice breakfast.

The hairdryer was on the wrong side of the bathroom. The shower needed a full length door to prevent a really wet bathroom floor.

The parking was a little tricky, but it was very secure and the staff were super helpful.

Situated in a quiet side street but only 100 yds from the main sq. v friendly & helpful staff. Parking in garages opposite hotel
