    Pros +

    • The price!
    • Size of room
    • We liked the indoor car parking, with direct access to the elevator. Also the availability of a trolley cart to get our luggage to the room was outstanding. The beds were very nice, so was the shower. We also liked the availability of a kitchenette and refrigerator, plus all the necessities (silverware, etc.)Another plus was that the room was soundproof. All in all we've had a very pleasant stay, so we definitely recommend this hotel when you're in Orléans.

    Cons -

    • The bathroom had a horrible sewer smell. Once the bathroom door was opened, the sewer odour filled the room. I was not made aware that parking was available at the hotel. Ended up having to park in an open Caro ark about 10 minutes away.
    • Beds not comfortable. Not enough pillows.
    • The toilet was a bit 'hidden' beside the shower, which made it less easy to access when you're not 100% mobile. The neighborhood wasn't particularly nice.

Very well located - some steps away from the bus stop and tram which takes a few minutes to the city center, yet the surrounding of the hotel itself is very quiet. The room was super clean and it gets all I need. Nice matresse and pillow. The kitchenette was lovely, tidy and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and give clear instructions. In general I really enjoyed the stay, excellent value for money, and will come back when visiting Orleans again. I recommend!

Nothing specific... I had a very good stay. Just one thing I am not sure about - the volume of hot water seemed be limited. Just keep your shower short and quick so you don't end up with cold water. But this doesn't affect much about the general excellent experience.

    Spacious. Easy to book

    Breakfast relative expensive

I like the fact that we have space comparing to a standard hotel room. Comfortable and clean. All the plates, cutlery, microwave… were there. So easy to reheat something to eat buy around and have a tea. A little dinner table was there… so practical to have a meal with family.

Was a little bot cold the heater was limited. Not so easy for winter time. But once you lay down in the confortable bed it’s ok.

English was spoken at the reception. This is a quiet place behind some other buildings on a little one way street. Parking, which was more spacious than in some other places, was under the building. The light stayed on while unpacking the car and the lift went down to the car park level. Air conditioning was welcome. Bed was comfortable. When we came to leave, the street was blocked by a large truck collecting the hotel linen so we drove the wrong way to the main road. It was a short distance and there was no other traffic.

Reception hours were short and even shorter on the weekend. There was a coffee maker and electric jug but you had to provide your own products. The bathroom needed a good cleaning.

Good location with secure underground parking. Easy access to tram and buses to centre if you don't want to walk. Very comfy bed. Would go back if visiting Orléans again.

Another experience where the Booking.com system supposedly hadn't communicated with hotel and had a worrying arrival when they couldn't find our booking. Well handled by reception staff.

    7HeikePosted on: 8-23-2024

The hotel is in a quiet location and you can even walk into town from there. But there is also a bus stop nearby. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always friendly. The beds were also comfortable and the size of the room was okay.

The bathroom was quite small and a bit outdated.

    6SetarehPosted on: 8-15-2024

The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning could be regulated. The parking, you need to check in and they give you remote control, easy access. The staff was nice. The TV went well. Dog could stay.

Room 129. The kitchenette needs an extra space for working on. Seemed too empty. A small noise from aircon even if you turn off.

    9AntonyPosted on: 8-1-2024

the hotel is located next to a new tram system that goes into the centre of town. a lovely bakery for morning breakfast is also close by.parking in the underground carpark is easy

it would be nice to have electric supply for electric cars, either 3amp or 7amp

    8DarrylPosted on: 7-11-2024

We liked having the small kitchenette and fridge. The tram stop at the back of the hotel was an unexpected bonus - 10 minutes into the centre of Orleans. €3.60 to ride in and €1.80 for the return.

    Bed was comfortable.

We were on a 5 week road trip with our small dog. We have traveled all over Europe. We are used to booking pet friendly places. When we checked in the lady offered to add breakfast to our stay (she could see our dog obviously). Next morning came the surprise when we went for breakfast and we were told the dog is not allowed in the breakfast area and they didn’t have an outside area to sit in, se we ended up eating in the lobby. This wouldn’t be an issue if we would have been told about this when we were offered the breakfast and we could have said no to breakfast all together. When I told the lady in reception this she was not understanding, didn’t apologize for the miscommunication or wasn’t nice, she told us this is how it is everywhere so she can’t see the problem. ( We have been in 5 countries over this 5 weeks and this was the first tome this happened to us. ) We work in hospitality this is not the was a minor complaint should have been delt with. Free parking was advertised but we had to park on a mucky curb and we weren’t told about any parking garage.Overall rude staff. Breakfast was €14 pp and was very poor, wasn’t worth the money.. Terrible coffee. Would not recommend.

Spacious accommodation with small kitchen. Conveniently located to tram station and railway station.

Towels thin and discoloured. Toilet stained from poor cleaning. Kitchen too small with no storage space or drawers.

    I won’t go back.

I did not like the fact that the building smelt bad, like right at the entrance, it smelt like old humid place / smoke, I already knew it would not be a nice place to stay. Then I paid for a parking space, was given a parking number, I left & came back late at night, the space was taken by another vehicle & there was no other available spots. So basically they sold more parking spaces than what they had available, so I had to park my car in the middle which I did not like either. The staff was not friendly either, I would stay almost rude, clearly they don’t like working there either. To finish, the breakfast was ok, but no coffee… like the coffee machine was only giving milk… I don’t recommend the place

The location was good, very closed to the city center. The tramway and the transportation was really very very closed. The staff was nice.

The first room had twins knowing that I have requested for a double bed. Twins were moving all the time. they were very small and the second night I fell down when I wanted to be in the middle. Beds moved and I fell down. Fortunately they gave me a room with a double bed for the last night. I could sleep better even though I had a back pain.Staff was nice.I had asked for gluten free meals but they did not have that. I did not take breakfast there. The opening hours in booking and the message I received were inaccurate as it was for the first apartment I had booked. Information in booking was totally inaccurate.

    Spacy room

I arrived after the reception closing time, so I called them and made an advanced payment to get the room key when I arrived. The staff told me on the phone that he would inform me how to get the key by text, but there was no text. When I arrived, another stayee had the same problem. I was tired of the long drive and struggled to get in. I'm disappointed with the staff service. As the reception is close at 6 pm, I don't have a way to ask for a wifi password. I couldn't connect with wifi without password...

Nice attention and close to the center.

The bed was too fluffly and it was deformated. I have back problems and i didn’t sleep very well.
