The staff was quite sensitive and prompt with any question I or the guests had. Very refreshing to witness such an awesome team, from housekeeping to the kitchen staff and front desk. Everyone I interacted with went above their duty.

Good room size, great location, and its nice to have kitchen in the room.

Its overall good, but there is no AC so it might be too hot in summer.

The room

Extremely rude person at the desk who told me I was lying when I showed her the "10 euros expense gifts" from booking. Also, her instructions for the parking were wrong and I had to go back to double check with her. She finally gave me other directions, this time correct.

Clean, renovated

No AC. I had a parking place confirmed, but not available when I got there. It was one of the reasons I chose it. I had to park on the street 3 blocks away. Breakfast was ok.

Very friendly and helpful reception and breakfast room staff. The parking was very secure. The room met with expectations and requirements.

I like the fresh air from the windows and the views. The woman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. She has a great personality. I don't remember her name.

The parking is tight, especially spot #9. The shower constantly fluctuates from hot to cold

Very well equipped room. Quiet, clean, secure parking though 12.50€ per night is expensive, good location.

The 12€ per pet per night fee wasn't advised up front and thought this was expensive compared to other hotels.

Location was 10 minutes far from the center. Parking available and secure.Friendly staff and cooperative service with warm hospitality.

Bedding / Towels & kitchen with all you would need to prepare and make a meal.The doggy bag was a little different, I have never before had a treat bag for our dog ?

The price point seemed good but when you add 2 x 15e a breakfasts plus 15e dog plus car parking and then the Tourist tax then the extras add up to a lot more than the Apartment rental !No tea towel, why?

There weee no fresh towels over three days and I had to ask for toilet paper as no top up but they were helpful when asked

The staff are very friendly and happy to help in every way and they speak English which is a bonus, our plans changed at the last minute and we ended up staying for 2 nights, loved it and great location

It was well appointed, roomy, very comfortable bed, clean, quiet, large bathroom. Nice to not see any of the kitchen area from the bed. Pastries on the reception desk on arrival was a nice little treat.Helpful staff

Good size, modern, clean, secure, good breakfast

The fact that it was an apartment made it very comfortable, beds super nice. Missed having a bit of creamer for the coffee. The location is ok but a bit off from center, still nice walking distance from center. The accept pets which was very convenient.

Price high considering it didn't include breakfast, and there were no little extra details (shampoo, cream for coffee, etc)

Is a hotel with little apartments. Is always someone in reception or at least the time we get out and we come during the night. The staff was friendly all the time. The location is like 15 minutes walking to the downtown, but usually as a road trip lovers is really hard to get a place with parking options and this one is a good one, but always ask for it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite big. The breakfast was super good.

I will say nothing but the shower was weird, in some point to hot or to cold, but in the end everything was ok.

On booking it seemed that the parking was free, but we had to pay 12,50.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with organic ingredients.

The city of Orleans was frankly disappointing. And the information from the hotel that I need to reserve a parking place should have been clearer, I didn't see it and ended up search for a parking place in the streets.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, shower gel tube was dirty, hair in the shower area and inside the toilet was brown
