For ----- Euro, you get a great deal. Don't expect frills. The location was very close to the center of town.

There is no dedicated parking. There are signs at the hotel saying you can park underground but this is not the case.

It’s clean, little out of the town but you can walk. The parking is next to the place, seemed safe.

It was hot as hell, frankly. The room was faced on the west and when we arrived to the room around 5pm, we could have cooked an egg in the room w the room’ temperature. We took 3 cold showers but the bed was already hot enough. We left the window open while night but did not help much at all…. The price was good but I don’t think I can get another hammam again

It's such a lovely location ,near orleans Centre, it's a walking distance. I recommend it.

Lack of iron. The iron was not provided. But overall, Great.

No air conditioning so had to have the window open but the road noise meant could sleep well. Also beds are very firm

Decor was pretty spartan but not a big deal

The lady at the reception was really kind.

All the soap dispenser in our room were empty; luckily we arrived 1 hour before the reception was supposed to close, so the lady at the front desk helped us. If we had arrived Sunday or Saturday afternoon (during those times the reception is closed), I guess we would have stayed with no soap the whole weekend. The heat inside the room was unbearable and there were no AC nor fans; also, the bathroom with no windows was twice as hot due to the boiler inside.

Check-in process outside of the reception opening hour was weird but okay. The check-in instruction was not sent so I had to contact booking.com

Clean, good location, free public parking next door, tea and coffee facilities. Great overnight stop.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and it had a small private terrace. Having a hob and fridge is useful if you needed it. As we stayed at a weekend there was free parking across the street

The bathroom was quite "grimey" and in need of a refresh. Instructions (particularly for checking out) were confusing or wrong. Referred to laundry kits that weren't there, and told us to leave our key in a box that we couldn't find in the lobby. Seems odd to have no reception staff at all on Sundays.

Very noisy & hot. Room facing busy road & no blinds to be able to open the window without building opposite seeing straight into the apartment. Room was extremely hot with no ventilation. Even with the small fan provided. Woman at breakfast continually stares at you while you are eating. Making you feel uncomfortable. We were the only couple having breakfast on each of the 3 days we stayed.

The room is so big they have two rooms for two of us and have two tables five chairs but it’s a little old so the shower room is not really clean.

Value for money clean functional room walkable to city centre

Nice place for a short stay. Clean room with basic facilities. Staff member ensured we could open the front door before they locked it for the evening.

Not great for a motorbike stop as parking situation is a bit vague in the area. In the end it was ok.

location, though there are roadworks near the hotel which made it more difficult to find, pre warning would have been nice
