- Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast
- Very friendly personnel and good location near city center ; room quite small but very clean. It was perfect for our stay.
- I needed a place to stay for one night. I was passing the concours and needed a place close to the school. I would suggest it to anybody in my situation : clean, quiet, nice breakfast. And extremely close to the center of the beautiful Orleans.
Cons -
- hotel is good but needs some restoration
- Towels old and scratchy
- Room was small. Lighting in rooms and halls was minimal...very dark. Brighter light bulbs, please! Wifi was very spotty and weak.

Checking in and out is a very easy experience and staff were very polite.
From the moment we arrived it became obvious that the hotel needed a revamp to say the least. A musty smell lingered through the reception and continued in our room
Busy location
The hotel didn't seem clean too dark. Breakfast was appalling nothing to eat or drink table in restaurant left unclean not enough staff in my opinion I've added a photo of what was on offer for breakfast.

Location, and that it was a family business with a sleepy lovely reception dog chucked in..Great effort also taken in providing good handy information about Otleans
No eggs for breakfast, or did I miss them?
Location was good with easy access to the centre of Orleans
One way system to access local parking was a pain
