zum LOEWEN

Beautifully decorated. Impeccable. Friendly staff, easy parking, wonderful breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. And 2 blocks from the train into the heart of Basel.

We loved all aspects

Quiet, convenient and great restaurant.

Parking was limited.

Spacious and clean rooms with all the necessary facilities. Tasty breakfast, although a bit limited in choice. The staff was mostly friendly and welcoming, some did not speak English though.

Very noisy beds and the whole place shakes when a train comes by. The gym is a joke: a very small room with literally one ancient crosstrainer and few weights.

New clean rooms, personally served breakfast with plenty options, very good and friendly service!

nothing!

The food was delicious. At the dinner the bbq ribs were very tasty. The breakfast was also enough, very delicious as well and aesthetically served. The stuff was very friendly. Very good location as well.

Everything was very good.

Very clean and spacious room, nice to have a restaurant too and the breakfast was delicious!

Very nice and cosy place to stay. Strategic location when visiting Basel museums. Fantastic breakfast and restaurant with excellent food and service.Free parking is a plus.

It was a lovely hotel, not far from the motorway. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was excellent.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this very well appointed hotel. On arrival we received a warm welcome from the owner. Our room and en-suite facilities were spacious with lovely furnishings and a large bed which was very comfortable ensuring a deep sleep.Dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant were marvelous affairs with attention to using natural ingredients, beautifully presented, and with very efficient service. What struck us was the attention to minor detail within the hotel which made it stand out. It goes without say that the hotel was spotlessly throughout and all staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at zum LOEWEN. ? The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return! ????

Great stay overall! A small suggestion would be to add better ventilation in the bathroom for added comfort. Thanks for considering!

Very comfortable beds, it was exceptionally clean and the quality of the food is amazing!

Everything was so pleasant. The staff at the reception and in the dining room. The road to the room was filled with birdsong. The room was so clean and the comfortable bed was a pleasure after hours of driving. The products in the shower smelled wonderful. Dinner was excellent and there was a gluten-free selection so convenient that you don't have to look for a restaurant and just go downstairs. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much for the lovely hospitality.

Very clean and not so big

Need personal att the reception

Very modern ambience in the hotel, the hospitality, the hostesses were very kind and polite.

Excellent service and food. Well maintained and modern.

Everything was great. Facilities were modern, air conditioning, and breakfast was enjoyable.

Very modern, clean and great restaurant on site.

Bit noisy in the early morning- obviously a business stopover.

We stayed at this hotel on our way up north. It is a very cozy and well designed hotel, we had a super dinner, staff is friendly, breakfast is great. Also very dog friendly. We can most certainly recommend this hotel.

it was very clean, good parking and very comfy

Nothing!

It was awsome, clean, comfortable! I had a very good sleep. The breakfast is very nice, enough and served in a special manner:) There is a train closed to the hotel but is not their fault:))

I think the sound of the train but only for the first time. Then, was something normal :))
