Hotel Stadt Lörrach

Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. location is great. Walkable to city center.

AC is a little weak.

Location, parking, cleanliness and breakfast. All transport was free after they gave us a train ticket for free for the hole time. It is located opposite the train station and some shopping outlets that sell good quality things and good restaurants with a value for money prices. 400m far we also found Heimathafen Irish pub(Great place) that organizes Karaoke on Thursdays and Fridays. It was great fun. Thank you for the nice experience.

We rented a Classic Double Room with double bed but it was 2 single beds joined. The matteress were separate and we used to fall in between the mattresses when we used to move. The rest all was good. Thank you.

The hotel exceeds my expectations. Underground parking, good breakfast, late night bar, and excellent location next to central station and city center. The staff was attentive and maintenance was noteworthy

Very good location for the purpose of my visit. Railway station at 5 min walk.

Restaurant closes early; but considering there is a restaurant just cross the street, issue dissaperas in the end.

Modern and quality built - was 19th floor. Great view and quiet.

I mean it's still lörrach. But no downsides of the property itself.

Rooms are super nice, clean and good outlook. great location for work ( I plan 30 stays this year :-( ) I sent beer back as it smell chemical and staff could not have been more apologetic and replaced immediately

No food available in evening, except a 45euro BBQ; however plenty of restaurants close by giving much better value. Why do you have fill in in a 5 page questionnaire at the reception when you have already done it online. :-(

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options: fresh bread, fruit, hot breakfast etc.

A woman had a key to my room and came in

No explanation. So unprofessional so unsafe. Would not recommend

Located in a nice part of the city, the breakfast was good but everything else was terrible.

The room was dirty, they had forgotten to provide towels, and when we ordered dinner in our room, they charged us a 10€ service fee per person. When we asked if we could have dessert, they told us we would need to pay another 10€ service fee. The dinner was inedible; I ordered a potato cream soup and it arrived with bacon, without any prior notice. Never again.

The location is very convenient. I'm originally from Lörrach but have lived since 20 years abroad. Whenever I'm visiting my hometown, I used to stay at Villa Elben or Steigenberger. Now under new management its obvious that the customer is not the prime interest of the hotel. Revenue and profit margin is what's important. Room is 'lieblos' no amenities. Breakfast is still OK but basically cheap sliced meet with no prime cuts such as ham or blackforest ham. Overall the value for money is not given. I gave feedback at checkout but no apology or goodwill. So future visits in Lörrach will be back at Villa Elben. There you're valued as customer and greeted by names and welcomed back.

Value for money is not given. Another typical booking dot com customer experience. You get the worst room of your booked category. Smaller than the rest of this category hidden behind a darkening hedge.

Central located.

The bar and restaurant opening hours seem to be more to suit the staff, even when open the bar is regularly unattended.
