- If you could imagine a traditional yet modern and comfortable guesthouse in the Black Forest this is exactly it. The couple who run the place are lovely- it's like staying with your friendly aunt and uncle. The views are sublime- you can walk literally 2 minutes up the hill and see right the way across to the snow capped Alps. Good hearty home cooked food and cakes on offer.

We had a relaxing stay at the hotel after a long drive. The room was clean. Great view, great breakfast! Unfortunately, the restaurant was (for us unexpected) closed. We had to walk into town for dinner.
