Beautiful hotel and setting on the beach

The service at the bar was terrible, slow and often got our order wrong. We stayed in a suite, the room was beautiful but the beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable, not enough storage in the master and also no dressing table. The private pool in the suite was dirty. Mini bar was never restocked, standard of housekeeping dropped throughout the week. I would have expected more for the price and from a 5 star hotel.

It doesn't feel like five star hotel. The room is not that clean because no one use the room for sometime. To many mosquitoes.

I like the boutique feel and the room has all the amenities I need with good functioning and well rounded balance of services ,comfort… beach front access with very nice clean swimmable beach. Nice swimming pool. I like my pool access room (1106)… firm king bed with lots of pillows. Good selections of breakfast buffet with thai to western selection. Fresh squeezed fruit juices (variety). Good coffee machine with wide variety of coffee types. Variety of teas. Very accommodating and helpful friend polite staffs. The GM (khun Noom หนุ่ม) was very graceful and inviting. He checks up on his team and clients during the breakfast time. I like the small size well placed layout for such narrow but long property size. So far they have room types to suite various needs and size of group. Will return.

Maybe can fixed the sliding doors entrance from room to pool that starting to corrode (from the sea mist) as they are not easy to slide and unable to easily lock. Those handles seems risky ans can cut.

Almost everything! The hotel is a bit isolated compared to other places. Perfect if you are planning to stay there and enjoy the pools and the beach.

Location made it more complicated to get a grab or a taxi if you don’t have your own car. The staff can help book private cars with drivers (not as cheap as Grab etc)

Good value for money , the facilities are there just a bit tired , service very slow

The property has seen better days and is a bit tired but this is fairly reflected in the price . Service is very friendly but glacially slow and orders can get a bit mixed up because understanding of English is not generally fantastic.

Room was clean and modern decoration, facilities in the room were very good. Breakfast was also very good and serving various foods to be selected. Front office staff were friendly and provided good service. There are two large pools and the hotel area locates next to the beach. It's so good and relax to stay overnight here!

Bed !Everything is fine except for the bed, which is uncomfortable and too hard. It would be better to change it.

Dirty toilets .cleaning team needs to do a lot better ...broken door ..lots of "battle scars !!..Stained sofa ...This place needs to renovate everything...

THe rooms were clean, big comfortable bed, blackout curtains. Cleaned well every day.

I chose this hotel to have the holiday by the sea - simming and sunbathing. In fact there were no sunbathing area - they removed the sunbeds (which were shown on the pictures) and placed tables instead. There were no beach at all - one meter of sand, full of rubbish. ANd there's nothing located nearby - so without car or bike you cannot go to the other beach or other cafe/restaurant. Completely dissapointing, so eventually we changed the hotel. There are two small pools - but completely useless. One is always in the shadow between the two buildings, the other is too small anyway. Hotel restaurants are overpriced.

Rooms are too small,There was no wardrobe.Every night there were other guests , so it was always very loud.Each night there was another party , the last one finished at 2.00 am. So you cannot sleep.At the moment they are renovating the Hotel - why during high season!!??

Cleanliness, location to relax . Helpful staff.

The lift was not work well. Our friends stuck on more than 10 minutes. A few staffs tried to help. But they had no key.

Pool and facilities was ok

Room size very small not as mentioned, staff did speak English very very little Restaurant menu’s was not very international Portions size extremely small We had a snack on our first day next to the pool and the dishes wasn’t collected for 2 days We had sunglasses stolen on the sun beds wile having lunch and no effort was done to find the person who did stole it despite there was a security camera facing the sun beds Toilet paper not replaced
