Clean and spacious rooms, variety of breakfast options to choose, right next to shopping mall and helpful staffs.

Friendly helpful staff, large clean and comfortable rooms good pool and good breakfast

There was nothing I didn’t like.

High floor sea view rooms, best ever breakfast. Parking, staff, ez check in/check out. Will stay again next time

Staff are excellent from reception, housekeeping and especially the restaurant.Breakfast was very good with a good selection Also had the special buffet dinner as a special surprise for my wife's birthday and the restaurant team were exceptional food delicious and again great selection

Pretty standard hotel for the price.

There are better options in Rayong that are cheaper and I feel have better service. There seem to be more foreigners here than at other hotels, because they (like me) were attracted by the 5 star rating and great reviews. But in all honesty it's a pretty standard hotel and there are better options at a lower price. I'm looking at you, Novotel :-)

Good location , Clean room

No toothphase

The staff is very friendly and helpful ,food is great and the view in the room is very nice and relax when we had the coffee and look out side at the sea view and the last one my daughter love the swimming pool.

It didn't seem that didn't like but if we could have the room in the private spot it will be better .We got the room in front of the elevator .

Prima luxe kamer.

Just a littlebit more attention to the table when you are dining outside. Barstaff outside is absolutely perfect and nice!! Be proud of them!!

Location

Swimming pool service

Very convenient and relaxing experience. Close to shopping malls. Overall a very good hotel for the price and it’s just roughly two hours away from BKK.

loved the staff very personable and friendly, very helpful, The Breakfast was very plentiful, and the selections for locals and international were excellent! only one small question is the bacon, and potatoes and eggs were not as hot as I would have liked. Other than that was fantastic. I invite everyone who comes to Rayong to stay at this Hotel. I had to extend my stay 3 times and they accommodated me each time. You won't be disappointed. Bed was a but to hard.

Good facilities, with nice swimming pool at the top of the hotel, with great views. Close to shopping centre, which unfortunately closed for food before 9pm.

Amazing rooftop bar Spacious room with modern facilities Quite Comfortable bed

Pool crowded

Excellent business hotel in Rayong. Adjoining a mall made is very convenient too.

My room was located at the back of the lift shaft and motor / elevator sounds were very disturbing. Ok f you check in this hotel please choose not to be in the rooms behind the elevator.

I love this place bc it’s not very crowded. Simply life style. The bf was great. The rooftop restaurant was very romantic nice view at night and the fillet mignon Wow was very delicious! Love everything there….

Good place to stay to break up the journey to ko chang , nice big modern room good pool !

Food and drinks are expensive , if your on the bus it drops you off at the other shopping mall , I didn’t know there was 2 ?

Spotlessly clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Lovely, spacious rooms. Rooftop pool was stunning.Fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel.

Nothing of note.
