Staff was excellent. able to have a motorbike delivered to the hotel. The location could not be better. The pools were always clean and they had the best views.

While the food was very tasty most mornings the buffet breakfast was cold.

It was not worth the money for 2700 baht without room service. They have their own restaurant but do not sell food and have only one staff member on standby. We have to order from Grabfood and need to borrow a plate. We have to walk far to borrow because there is no phone in the room. Staff not too friendly may be tired.If cost of room 1500 would make sense.I paid 2dogs 1000baht so total 3700 with nothing special, only near beach

Nice and quiet location, relaxing beach front area which we appreciated very much. Small, functional and nice cottage with nice garden and garden staff.

No restaurant or bar available for drinks at the hotel during the day. Beautiful sea, but too much garbage on the beach some days. Lack of tourists, very empty and abandoned restaurants along the beach.

Breakfast was fully ok if you are satisfied with asian breakfast. For farang might be a bit poor.

Management should make sure that people at the reception at least can make easiest communication in english.

Being by the sea a constant programme of refurbishment is needed. It doesn't feel like this is happening

The steps into the quite deep main pool, were broken. This made it difficult to get out! Having English speaking person on reception would also have helped.

Need a vehicle to get around and a better stocked bar would have been nice

This was a great little resort style Hotel... perfect for relaxing before or after travelling somewhere...

We paid for a good cost but value of equipments, room, pillows, bath towel(poor dust towel). Room smelled sewage, first night breakfast was in chaos, staff seem didn't understand of services. 2nd day bf. Seem the girl much more professional and breakfast set in good shape, cleanse and covered all food from flys.

The location is owesome. Bautifull environment, great swimming pool, perfect beach. Nice neatly kept garden. Good breakfast. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, withPerfect view on the sea.

Shower and bath water where not great. Tempeture could not be controlled. It was or to cold or to hot.WiFi access code was requiered but you don't get any. Need to ask for it.

The room was spacious and facing the beach. The jacuzzi was big enough for the whole group. The air cons worked well and there were plenty of electrical outlets. The beach was calm and clean. The staff were helpful.

There was a big stain in the living area that triggered my OCD episodes. Luckily, we didn't use that space much. The shower in the beachfront room was far too weak and should be fixed as soon as possible. We also found a used teaspoon in the back bedroom, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the bedsheets were pilled. Since there was a wedding scheduled in a few days, the garden was occupied by the team during the day.We stayed for only one night, but I am confident that if we had stayed longer, most of these issues would have been addressed—except for the weak shower, I assume.

Everything except location, beach very nice. the room is a bit dirty with dust. Bed too soft. the two bed room are absolutely apart. No blackouts in second bedroom.

Room was very Smelly and musty. Despite complaining, no alternate room was offered.

Rooms were very spacious and pleasant. Resort is situated right on the beach.

Breakfast is very basic and not worth the money charged,, especially for infants. Facilities comprise two small swimming pools only.

Close to sea.

A/c was so loud and water leak. Room and building smell of damp.
