Despite the large number of guests during breakfast, the team managed the situation in a highly organized and efficient manner. Even while being busy, the staff remained cheerful and genuinely willing to assist. I was truly impressed by the quality of service and the management provided by the hotel. Spotlessly clean. The staff are pleasant and courteous. I love the scent every time I step out of the lift—it smells so clean! Even the bath soap smells really nice.There’s a café in the lounge area and a convenience store (Lawson 108) right in front of the hotel.The breakfast buffet is basic but satisfying—rice, meat dishes, eggs, sausages, congee, ham, bread, coffee, tea, juices, veggies, fruits, yogurt, and cereals. By the way, the chicken dish during our stay was so tasty!I also appreciate the English news channels—definitely a plus. Reception decor is a delight.

Impeccably clean with amazing housekeeping staff. Powerful A/C and comfy beds as well as quiet rooms. Built to western standards, it's a nice break from all the common problems with most Thai hotels. The breakfast is good with options that change throughout the week.

The shower does not maintain a constant temperature and pulses to dangerously high temperatures. The eggs and ham/sausage are not kept at food safe temperatures at the buffet, they should be kept below 2 degrees C or above 60 degrees C, this is basic food safety. The rooms are small.

No one serving at the front bar had to wait 10mins for a beer, in the end had to move to restaurant to get served properly ?

All room decoration and accessories are useable and look comfortable.Not far from Map Ta Put ,Ban Chang and central of Rayong.

very small bed and not good quality and on the side you slide off !! and the room and badroom are also very small not a good hotel for this big name, i come from Khoh Chang, and the room there was 100% better..

Breakfast for farang

Bed was very comfy and soft unlike most hotel in Thailand ! Staff was very helpful

Breakfast wasn’t the best

The staff are friendly and welcome, the room is compact, clean, the queen bed is comfort, breakfast is ok, they have a few thai dishes, salad and yogurt bar, tea and coffee machine, bread and toast with variety of jams, fruit juice, cereals with milk.

The room is clean and comfort, they provided everything you need. The bathroom is quite compact.

Brand new hotel, which has a chance to become excellent hotel after improving certain bothering issues. Reception ladies are indeed great and friendly, pool is cool and all the spaces are very clean.

Queues during breakfast, which might be richer, very slow coffee machine makes people irritated and also long line to get the machine make a coffee, but I think it might be solved in near future.
