Room was clean and bathroom was also clean and very nice. Breakfast has different options and very good quality food.

No air condition and with open window the noise from the street made it hard to sleep properly. There were some yellow stain on the ceiling and the pillow was very uncomfortable. Small things that would have made the staying more comfortable.

Noise from the road. The price/quality is unbalanced absolutely. It's just an overnight hotel without any additional facilities.

The hotel had a nice breakfast, offered a sleeping sofa and a baby crib for our little ones to sleep on. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the breakfast staff. We are also think the location is nice if people like to explore the area around Ravensburg/Friedrichshafen. We biked to the hotel and they had a nice parking garage to safely store the bikes over night.

There wasn't much todo around the hotel, restaurant in the hotel was closed and there was just a Kebap store within walking distance. If it is hot outside and one needs to keep the windows open, the noise from the street might be bothersome to some people when trying to sleep in.

Good central location. Close to company. Close to central restaurants.

Room is in some disrepair - visible cracks, half-hearted plaster patches. The door latch has obviously been broken in the past and the wood simply glued together rather than replacing the frame. Bed is quite uncomfortable.

Breakfast had a very good selection - exceeded our expectations. Late check-in (without staff) worked well. There is a pizza restaurant next door. Parking was free and plentiful. Only 5 minutes drive from Ravensburger Spielland and they have family rooms (bunk beds)

Rooms were hot, no soap or shower gel. Shower not very clean.

Located close to main tourist citiesBreakfast was good but by the price could be better.The room layout was very nice with a good shower.They accept dogs and have a great garden, so getting out with yours is very easy after a long day walk.

There are cheaper rooms facing a very busy and noisy streetThe rooms get really hot in summer so you must choose of baking by sleeping or refresh the room but being waken up every 15 minutes in the night.The kisses were a disaster so my neck remembered me every day of that.

The property is nice. Well kept, simple

If you need to work digitally when you come here, DON’T. They advertise free wifi but it looks like they only have one router and it’s on the first floor, in the office. When I told them I hadn’t been able to get a good connection in our room (which was in the topFloor on the complete opposite side of the hotel fromtheir office) they blew me off and ignored my concerns saying « we have a good connection in the office ». I told them okay, my room isn’t in your office though, so what about those of us who are trying to work on the other side of the hotel in the rooms furthest away from your office? And he didn’t respond with anything helpful. So I wasted three days here trying to work in the evenings and the staff was not helpful when I complained. I sent a message about this through booking as well, which was never answered.The other issue was; we called ahead weeks ago and asked about two baby beds (we have two toddlers); they gave us one, which is fine. But then when we arrived, they were « unprepared » for the additional toddler breakfast and charged us over €40 for a four year old to eat. I kept asking them if a « baby » (supposed to be free) is under 5 and they said « yes baby is from 1-4 years old » so I asked then why do you insist on charging me for the 4 year old? Also no answer. Our toddlers ate two pieces of toast and a bowl of yogurt a day. If you want to be heckled for €44 Euros for that nonsense, you’ll love it here.Lastly, on Thursday I was on our balcony trying to do a work call during breakfast. My husband attempted to take two cups of coffee to me upstairs and the lady told him he had to pay to take the coffee upstairs for a breakfast that was already included in our stay. We are a mixed race, German and American family and whenever we are treated like this, I always make it a point to document it so others can be forewarned.

Nice staff. Very clean. Great breakfast, very delicious - wide range. Easy check-in. Free parking in front of the hotel. Room for solo travelers are nice and quite big with good furniture. Bathroom is very modern. I think the car is very useful for this accommodation to reach the surrounding towns, but parking could be challenging near the beaches. WIFI works well, but you need to accept term & conditions upfront on a triggered page.

No response for my questions before my arrival, neither on email nor on booking. Very thin walls, my neighbors woke me up in the middle of the nights, and in the early mornings as well.

At first appearance driving in, one may think, OH NO, but once we went to the entry, it is very clean and modern. Check-in went flawlessly and thorough instructions were given about the facilities and policies. Our room faced the street, but we had no issue with noise. The rooms are very simple but clean and comfortable. Extra pillow, towels, soap, TV. A water cooker was available, but we did not use it. It is a very well done hotel with modern features. Breakfast is great. A very nice assortment with a very friendly staff. Super nice everything.

This really is no fault of the hotel, but I want to mention two things that were troublesome for me. Personally, I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. The rooms are clean and do not smell like smoke, but in our situation, our neighbor smoked without end. The smoke was intolerable to the point we could not sit out on our balcony and if we had the window/door open, the smoke would come in our room. It was very disappointing to have no air in our room at night. Secondly, for your information; there are pets welcome and our dog was allowed with no problem. Be aware there is a 15€ per night charge for your pet. This is not mentioned anywhere on the site and we found out during check-in. For some of you, this may be a factor whether or not you want to pay that extra charge in addition to the booked rate. Just information for you to consider.

Pleasant staff, everything neat, clean, and apparently new. Good breakfast and nice Italian restaurant onsite. Pleasant garden.

A few miles from Lake Constance if you plan on going to it.

Very clean and modern small hotel, rooms probably renovated recently. Friendly service and good breakfast. Good beds. The location is good when travelling by car, easy parking.

Short trip

Didn't have a fridge or cooler for baby's milk and medicine. The double-decker bed was a bit worrisome for smaller children but otherwise everything was really good.

That was the second time we stay in this hotel. All good: breakfast, parking, cleanliness and staff kindness.We bought the Ravensburger Spieleland discounted tickets directly at hotel reception.

The room was quite hot: we found a fan provided by the hotel.

Really great breakfast. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed.

No air conditioning .... outside + 36C and you had to use the fan that was placed in the room, and this was not comfortable due to the very loud operation of the fan, especially at night.

The breakfast was nice and the environment was also relaxed, we enjoyed a lot. Our arriving time was later than the check-in period, but the hotel had a good and convenient alternative way for the late arriving guest.

The staff is nice and helpful. The surroundings are quiet. The restaurant next to the hotel is good.

The rooms are not at all soundproof. Plus the stay was not worth the money.
