Great room, great location!

Charming. Excellent room. Exceptional hotel.

The hotel is in the old town which the location is great. A few minutes walk you will see most attractions in Schaffhausen. IWC museum is just two blocks down. I am not a big Mexican food person, but the food in the restaurant at the hotel was pretty good. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious. We booked two rooms and they are just like what we saw when making reservations. Although bathrooms are smaller but overall was good! When parking is limited at the hotel, they provided us free parking till 1100 (normally till 0800) during the stay which was very nice of them.

Parking is limited. After 1800 till 0800 you can park next to the hotel for free. But the slots are limited and had to drive around multiple times to get a spot. There is a overnight parkhaus down the road which is about 3 minutes walk if no spot available at all.

The room was very large, beautifully designed and bright with three windows. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only downside is the coffee machine and charging dock thing didn’t work but otherwise brilliant!

Hard beds, noise from street. Windows would have kept noise out but the room was overheated, no ac, and we needed to keep windows open for ventilation.

Great location. Really cool place, loved the décor and coffee machine. Chris was super helpful and friendly. The free drink and nachos on arrival were brilliant. I highly recommend this place, great value.

Amazing hotel , Dora the Hk was extremely hslpfull, room is large the bed and pillows are amzinggggg. The is Nesspresso machine in the room the location is very good. Highhky recomended

You have to choose the room when you booked as my room was not on the view

Very clean. I already noticed that last time. Wonderful spacious room. Nice shower, very quiet at night.

I miss a (small) fridge. No problem there is no breakfast (plenty of places around) but it’s a bit difficult to go each morning out for breakfast when you have to go to work. A fridge would be great to keep some things chilled.

Huge room!! Nice decoration. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff at check in (you check in at the US Mex restaurant but all worked very smoothly). Lovely rainfall shower. Room was serviced daily very thoroughly. Huge, comfortable bed. Nice to have a sofa in the room too. Smart TV with Netflix. Brilliant location. Vouchers for the Mexican restaurant provided for a free drink each and also free chips and dips so we enjoyed a very reasonably priced meal there on our first night. A fan was also provided but the room stayed cool enough when we were there anyway. Everything was super clean.

If I'm being really picky, the bathroom fan was quite noisy. But really it was an amazing stay.

A room with a view - from our balcony we had a view of a large church and a quiet street, it was a lovely place to sit and drink a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The room was large and had a fan which we needed because it was very hot! Great Mexican restaurant too.

It was a little difficult to check in as the Mexican restaurant was actually behind the hotel and fronted onto a different street, however there was a way through the back but it didn't look very inviting but don't be put off as the hotel was lovely!

Darker curtains for the windows. There is a bright light outside at night.

My room was large and the bed was comfortable. I requested non-feather pillows and they provided them.

My room was hot but there was only a fan for cooling.There were no cupboards or shelves to store clothes, just coathangers.There were no instructions how to use the coffee machine.Strange electric system: for the bedside lamps to work you had to turn them on and also turn on a switch by the door!The armchairs and sofa were old and threadbare. I avoided using them.

Don't be put off by the entrance, check in is at the restaurant behind the hotel. Lovely clean quirky rooms, would stay here again, food good at the US Mex and staff very friendly and helpful. Cycling holiday so somewhere to put the bikes and we would highly recommend.

WiFi we couldn't get to work and plug sockets are different.

Wonderful room (Palermo) with a little balcony that is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning.

The only downside was that I faced security issues when i was connecting to the internet.

Beautiful large airy room, very clean & very comfortable beds. Useful bike storage area.

No breakfast facilities and not a particularly friendly welcome. However the location is excellent and the room was fantastic and we discovered a cafe just round the corner where we had a delicious breakfast.

Good location, comfy beds, stylish room! We booked to stay here as part of our trip as we wanted to go to Rhine Falls. Unfortunately we arrived late due to our flight being cancelled so we arrived at the hotel at 9 o’clock and had a quick bite to eat in the restaurant, the food was lovely but we wish we had more time there. They also give you a coupon for a free drink (up to 6 CHF) and chips and dip which is very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area as the staff are very accommodating. We were also able to leave our luggage at the restaurant for the afternoon when we checked out!

The service was excellent and we enjoyed the free drink and chips at the attached restaurant. The room was clean and the decor was top notch. Shower was amazing!

Was a bit hard to find the entrance and was confusing to check in at the restaurant.

Excellent location. Stylish and comfortable room. Friendly staff. City parking is available right in front of the door and it's free from 6 pm till 8 am.
