Hotel Rheinfall

Great location. Right near the Rheinfall boats and waterfalls. Pretty quiet location

There was never anyone at the front desk. The number I called was answered at times but there needs to be better communication.

- Location is great, close to the Rhein Falls. On foot in around 10mins time. - Host was friendly and provided us with useful information. He waited patiently for us past check-in time (sorry for this )- Room was basic but considered quite comfortable for our one nights stay-over in a family room.- Good to include breakfast in the price, but it was basic so dont expect much. Bread, hard boiled eggs, cheese and ham etc..However, the host was attentive - Easy to find.

- No kettle for the room and no water-point for water too

This is a very simple hotel, so dont expect too much. But it is functional, it is clean, everything is working, and once it didnt (lamp bulb needed to be changed) they fixed it the same day. Theres even extras - good variety for breakfast with eggs etc, good coffee, and they even bake their own bread, so warm croissants and whole grain buns each morning ! THe hosts are very nice and really make the effort to make it a pleasant stay

Toilette / shower is tiny (I stayed in a single room)

Our stay at the hotel Rheinfall with my family was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality added a special touch to our visit.The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. It was evident that the management took great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. This attention to detail did not go unnoticed and contributed significantly to our overall comfort.The breakfast provided was a delightful surprise. The selection and quality of food exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. It was a pleasant start to our day and a nice touch to our stay.Although our visit was brief, just one night, it left a lasting positive impression. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and a satisfying breakfast made our stay at the hotel Rheinfall a memorable one. We would certainly consider returning and would highly recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and welcoming accommodation

The hotel is very clean , neat , great location , Sam & Sonny are very friendly , helpful , great to speak with every day . The breakfast is excellent.

the bed was clean

the toilet was so dirty with poop all around the toilet and the bottom of the door, when I brought it to the attention the next day because when we went down stairs at 10:20 pm there was nobody at the office, they accused me of putting the poop around the toilet. I thought that the thing by the door was rust, and try to clean it and realized was poop. I can sent the pictures to you. It is sad that instead of an apology, i got a false accusation.

The staff and the breakfast is super good. The location is near the tourist attractions.

The room has a ceiling fan only that makes the room very hot specially at afternoon.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good with tasty fresh items. It was a short, pleasant walk down to The Rheinfalls.

It was very clean. Although the room was really old it was like we came back to the 60-, but really clean . The staff was friendly, gave us information about tho gs we can do and where to go eat.

The hotel room was old, and the bad was not comfortable.

The staff was exceptional and the location is perfect due to its close stay to the rein falls. the beds are very comfortable and clean and has a working TV screen. highly recommend.

It was my third stay in the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised of the renovations that happened recently! The hotel stuff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location is great too! The room itself was excellent: very bright and spacious, with superbe bed.

For this price in Switzerland what do you expect? It was clean, quiet, and we werent robbed.

Prison-like atmosphere with unfinished concrete in the bathroom and a reception area that felt like a homeless shelter

This hotel is realy underrated. For the price, everything was fantastic. The location to the Rheinfalls is less then 10 minutes walk, free parking, breakfast great for the price and the man in the reception was very kind and helpful. Rooms are big enough and the balcony also. I definately recommend this place.

Convenient location for the Rheinfall and public transport, clean, nice balcony

The bathroom was very small, with a sliding door that was noisy and not very easy to close

We were travelling with our diabetic parents and we asked them if they could arrange for sugar free yogurt and we were very happy that they arranged it for us. Also the family that runs the hotel is extremely kind and friendly. The location is the highlight, its a 4 minute walk. The train stations are also around 5 minutes. There are more than 3 options for excellent food.
