    Pros +

    • The location and the cleanest, the staff, the food , I travel for 16 weeks , and it is the best I have stay in
    • All was perfect little disappointed that the restaurant closed for the day at 3pm Breakfast was the best I had in Thailand
    • It is a beautiful, clean, we had a pool access room, absolutely gorgeous very special theme . Breakfast included, and you could order what you want on the menu handmade wonderful. The security staff were special Always looking out for you.

    Cons -

    • We were here in December and there's a high tide so the beach is missing until about 4 o'clock, but once January comes, I'll have a full beach so we just took a tuk tuk to a new beach for the day
    • We arrived at 6pm and there was no one on reception. The security man helped us. In the morning there was still no reception staff. There were only 6 sun beds at the pool in poor condition and no cushions.
    • I want to this that this is not a negative review. Just improvements that would have made my stay more comfortable. Breakfast: having vouchers instead of telling the staff your room number. I think this is a massive waste of money especially as the staff are so friendly and knew who their customers were. Drinks: every time I ordered a drink I would have to sign straight away. I think for customers who are staying. Have a tab and once we are finished then give us the bill. Hotel: hotel I found was very dusty and wished my room floor was mopped. I hate getting into bed with dirty feet but I felt like I always had to wear slippers or sandals. A lot of outdated and space that wasn’t used. My Virman is absolutely beautiful but so much wasted space. Repaint surfaces and having someone pick the leaves to make the place look more beautiful (because it really is) would be great. We had dinner at Let’s Sea next door and spent over £130 and wished it was at your restaurant but the feeling or desire isn’t here. Beach lounges. They definitely need cushions or updating.Offering services: as I couldn’t access the beach from the hotel I would walk to Cicada night market. It would have been great if the staff offered to drive on the hotel car they had parked in the car park. The night market is only open on Friday to Sunday and it’s definitely worth visiting. However; it gets really dark and a little scary walking towards the market. So please be careful. It’s a 10/15 minute walk. I loved my stay but cut it short to stay at another hotel. I definitely missed private pool access.

The hotel was clean and the room was fabulous with a great balcony. The breakfast was adequate (but no tea).

The indoor swimming pool from our room was a great feature. It was amazing to be able to swim and get out the pool, shower in your own shower within seconds and get yourself dry and dressed. I loved that I were basically had this all to myself as people preferred the outside pool or didn’t realise that this pool was for everyone.

The room was nice and big. Clean and fresh water lefy every day. A nice view of the sea

The pool area is dirty. The grounds are really dated. False grass is all torn and lifting. There were only 8 sunbeds and a couple of them were broken. The whole area was filthy. Nobody came to clean round. Although the pool water was cleaned daily. Empty cans and wrappers left on the floor for days. All in all three rooms were lovely but the pool area was disgusting

The property was in a quiet location in a quiet street. It was absolutely beachfront and had a very nice pool. Breakfast options were very good and the restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive. We had a large spacious room and separate large ensuite. Plenty of lighting and toiletries Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Housekeeping forgot to replenish water bottles and daily coffee satchel. Only large pillows were available, lobby staff were a bit stand offish. No alcohol could be purchased from the hotel and the restaurant closed at 3 pm. So not open for dinner.

A gorgeous setting in a ideal location for relaxing beach walks.Close to the markets with great shopping and street food.

Everything about my stay was great, except for one thing. My stay was too short.Oh, and I don't like seeing people wearing masks. I'd rather see their smiling faces.

Overall good hotel for reasonable price. A little far from city center, that's what I was looking for. Nice, clean and spacious room. Regarding breakfast some people might say not a lot of variety but for me it was just enough.

The water of sea level was very high throughout my stay, so could not enjoy the beach near hotel. Only very late at evenings the water level drops. But anyway Hotel can't do anything about it. We took a taxi to nearby public beaches. Also, personally, on pictures Hotel looked very beautiful, but actually it has some level of wear and tear. But it is fine. I guess pictures were taken when they just opened.

The room size was very decent with a nice balcony. Two chairs on the balcony would have made it perfect. Spacious bathroom/shower.

It might be due to C19 aftermath, the venue had limited amenities. Some parts of the establishment are still shut. For foreign clients I suggest a little more choice for breakfast. Thai breakfast ist very good.

    Quite, sea side

Why does the hotel allow the people who don’t stay at the hotel but use the facilities like swimming pool.
