Great beach and close to a lot of eating places. Food at restaurants was top notch and extremely helpful concierge getting information about transportation and local sites.

Fitness room needs to be upgraded and music in fitness club needs to be brought down. Staff have trouble understanding and speaking English. Room noise needs to be addressed with modifications to bed and chair noise on hard concrete / tile flooring. ANTS!

Great resort for families with young children. My 2-year-old and us enjoyed our stay there so much.

Most food options will be perfect.

Wonderful hotel in a central location right on the beach. Staff were super friendly and very helpful, it was a very pleasant stay for our family of 4.

Only slightly negative thing about our stay was that the pool water was a bit cold during our stay. Not sure if its always like that though. Everything else was pretty much perfect.

The pool should be open longer in the evening and the gym could be better equipped.

Only had some meals on the property restaurants. Pools were refreshing. and room was comfortable.

No Complimentary lemonade, ice tea, water , and fruit drink setup in lobby. Better lighting in elevators. Evening pathways where entrances to waterways weren’t marked enough.

Breakfast was the best I have ever seen. Plenty of choices for everyone.The pools were beautiful and well cared for. The room was spacious, the bed soft enough and the bathroom well appointed.

The price seemed high, but it is a very nice place to stay.

Quiet, clean, good buffet, have friendly staff great spa, suitable for families.

No partition between the kids pool and the other pools so it is not much safe specially that there is no lifeguard in the nearest pool, keep an eye on the kids it is a must

My room isn't clean that much.I found dust on the table and kettle.Kids club is too small to accommodate guests family

Location was awesome, every body was so warm welcoming and respectful. Breakfast was fabulous and mouth watering.

Great staff. Beautiful facilities. Pools everywhere. Too many kids for me but you have to expect that at such a beautiful resort. Food was fantastic. Best shower I have ever experienced in all of my travels. And that is saying something.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful spacious rooms, restaurants have everything, staff so helpful and polite.

Only criticism would be the Gym isn’t big enough.

Beach front with nice breeze. Great breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and big.

The pool are great, separate pool for adults. Very comfortable beds, breakfast buffet is amazing. Gardens are immaculate and the beach is fine sand.
