Not good I won’t stay there again.

bedding was old and itchy, cockroaches were in the bathroom. there was no lockbox in the room, no tea/coffee

Not as updated not clean.old towel and there were left out cigarette on the balcony.

All the staffs are very nice, the room is quiet that's what I emphasize the most when staying in any hotel and the breakfast is delicious.

Hard beds bathroom could be cleaner facilities falling apart

Soi 51 is a good location with essential shops, music bars, restaurants and a fitness centre along the road without being in the center of town. The hotel is set back from the road so very quiet in the rooms. 3 minutes' walk from the beach and 10 mins to the town center. No frills accommodation, but decent enough, kept clean by friendly staff and good value for money.

Thailand must act on the blanket of pollution that is greying the skies or tourism will surely suffer. Most Westerners are environmentally conscious these days, particularly under 40's. The Thai Government is clearly not doing enough as this began in January and is still here in April from Phuket to Chiang Mai. The air pollution in Bangkok is clearly visible, a public health hazard and I would hope regarded as a national embarrassment.

Swimming pool was a bit disappointing

Near the center of town but off the main street and quiet. Large rooms. Elevator. Friendly staff.

The bed was very hard.

Wonderful staff , spotlessly clean , always helpful, lovely swimming pool , close to everything... I could go on .

This hotel is not too far from town and the beach, there's 7/11, restaurants and laundry shop nearby and

Basic but clean hotel; well located in a quiet location near beach and restaurants.

Kettle and a safe in the room would be welcome additions.

Booking in and out was smooth, airy foyer, friendly staff.

Website shows a restaurant and breakfasts,they are no longer served, Covid closures have been over for a while guys, update the website to reflect this or reinstate the facilities.......no room facilities at all to make a cuppa or heat something up. Have stayed in better 3 star hotels.

The hotel is in a lively area, with the beach and restaurants nearby, but it is a quiet hotel where you can rest. The lady at the reception is very kind and available. The rooms are clean, AC works, hot water without problems. Recommended

Room was spacious and clean with nice balcony. Pool was nice but had to fight for sun loungers. Good location with nice restaurants and gymm close by.

Needed to offer some food and drink choices. We did think they offered breakfast.

The staff on reception were among the most friendly I have met - normally acknowledging and smiling at me even when I wasn't otherwise engaged with them. My stay was mostly trouble free and any problems were quickly resolved. My room, inc balcony and bathroom, were a decent size. Shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away.

I would prefer a safe in the room. If there's a sandy beach nearby, I couldn't find one although the coast itself is probably only about 5 or 10 minutes walk away.

Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean everywhere. Nice pool area. Quiet place. Nice & big lobby. Polite staff.

Uncomfortable bed&pillows. Very hard mattress. Actually, it's not a mattress, but a box spring recovered with a flimsy and very thin(3-4 cm) Styrofoam mattress topper. Shame! That's it. Not all rooms are equipped like that. Some have very good mattresses... I've had the opportunity to verify that with the cleaning ladies. This is why you will find some good critics among the evaluations. Unfortunately, they gave me this room(314) for 11 nights. On what criteria? I have no idea.Also, it is not near to the beach, as mentioned in their presentation. Near the shoreline will be more appropriate to say. In fact, the real beach starts about 2 km from there. So, it's a 40-minute walk, too much. Finally, smokers are allowed to smoke everywhere around the pool. Unconceivable... we are in the 21st century. Come on! They should have a restricted area to smoke and allow non smokers not to be bothered by secondhand smoke .

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Very close to the beach , close to everything. The room is large and comfortable. The pool and surrounding area is very nice too.

My first room the door would not lock from the outside. Also the aircon leaked a lot of water onto the floor . I was given a different room at this time. It was a challenge to get the key card into the power box on the wall to make the aircon power on. It had to be inserted just right .Also it is not convenient to not have a kettle in the room. Lastly the front desk woman is just not friendly. I felt that I was treated like a college guy on spring break. I wish that was true as I am 62.It is a nice enough hotel in a great location but they need to address those mechanical issues. And soften the demeanor of the front desk.

Location good but noisy clients at 4am
