Hyatt Regency Hua Hin Hotel

The pool!

Spacious hotel with many activities available for joining. Great location by the beach. There is a night market at the entrance of the hotel by walking distance, too. So convenience. I love the variety of food for breakfast with great service from the restaurant staffs.

The room rate was too expensive.

Lovely hotel grounds and swimming pool, beautiful room and bathroom and space for the kids in our room.

Vegetarian options a bit limited, but otherwise food was quite good

The property is a bit dated. Partly run down. Pool closes at 6.30 pm but they start preparations at 5.30 pm to make you leave. Gym poorly equipped. Overall low value for money.

Staff are some of the best we have dealt with. Location is best in hua hin.

Our shower room worked great; but the ceiling had spots ; needed paint .Lighting system could be updated in the rooms also.

Swimming pool winds through the property which allows you to have your own space. And water slide for the kids. Beds were very comfortable.

Thr attention to detail of the staff. Everyone of them was supportive, friendly, and amazing. The pool and the area around it were beautiful. The provision of the insect repellent in our room and the outdoor restaurants assisted with the protection from the mosquitoes.

When ordering a glass of beer, it would be nice to have the glass full, especially considering the high cost compared to the bars outside the hotel.

The property is well curated with very pleasant stay experience,the staff is very polite and generous.The location of the hotel is prime with perhaps the best beach access.We really loves variety of food choice and wonderful Barai SPA centre .We would definately come back for loger stay? A++++

Everything. Location was perfect. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was incredible. Staff was amazing.

Nothing to dislike

Location was perfect close to night markets. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all so very helpful and friendly

The hotel was well in-tune with the Thai theme, with great gardens and lots of green space and general entertainment activities around the resort. The beach was well positioned, clean and not over crowded. The hotel was well located near the very good night market.

Check-in was very slow with no welcome drinks or any welcoming. It seemed the 2 x check-in staff were stuck responding to previous guests tourist attraction questions for a long time. In addition, pool / beach loungers seemed to be significantly pre-booked by guests resulting in been very difficult to find anywhere decent to sit. Pool staff should be more attentive to not allowing guests to pre-book loungers and leave them un-used for long periods.

A great location - the beach was perfect for my young children and the pool was also varied and entertaining. Breakfast and the food at dinner was exceptional - very tasty! The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is well maintained and thoughtful in design. Having the market on the doorstep of the hotel was convenient.

492 / 5,000From the moment I arrived, the hotel reception left a very unpleasant impression. Although I had paid for two weeks of accommodation in advance, they asked for a deposit in addition, despite the fact that I am a member of the hotel chain. This time, I was offered a room that smelled of mold, which had been chemically treated. After requesting a room change, I was given a room that smelled of mold. I think the mold was in the ventilation duct. This mold smell also stuck to my clothes.

The beach, swimming pools and the breakfast

Rooms are spacious and the service was great. The chef prepared separate halaal food for breakfast which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is equipped with a steam room and lots of free activities are held. There are also several additional amenities available upon request which most hotels don't offer.

Highlight of the resort is the spacious shoreline pool area. Little else.

This property falls significantly short of the Hyatt Regency brand. Dated, the hotel needs to close for renovation. Overpriced at US$355 per night over the holidays.
