Long drive and intended to stop off here , park the car and swim and relax in the mountain view rooms as advertised.Could do none of those things : pool out of order all weekend / no car park on site / room was nothing like the photos at all. Everything old and broken and mouldy shower

Large room, quiet, with balcony and cable TV, and old Thai man very helpful

Old air condition and have to wait for get hot water in bathroom because old system

Central location close to a variety of areas to visit, friendly and helpful staff pretty much as described in the hotel description.I would consider staying here again should I visit Hua Hin.

Nothing to dislike

Rooms are large with a great balcony, breakfast was good, and the location was near perfect,nice to see so.e improvements from my visit last year,like the roof much safer and cleaner

Nothing to dislike only a small criticism is the floor of my balcony was damaged so could only use 1/2 not a problem as I was a single traveller

Ideal place to stay in Hua Hin , rooms clean with comfortable beds If stopping more than a few nights the breakfast gets a litte boring same thing every day.I would definitely book this hotel in the future and recommend it to other tourists

It was all pretty good. Great and handy location and the room was good. Great value for money.

Booked late checkout and got stuffed around by management at the last minute. Really annoying. Had some problems with the lock for the room too - took them 2 days to sort it- pool is pretty ordinary.

Breakfast was one sided. The foods were not protected, e.g. tomato, cucumber, you first removed small flies from the container. The chairs on the balcony were broken. The internet connection was bad because I had to work.

Rooms were large , location a bit far from the beach as you had to cross 4 lane major road each time

Staff were friendly . Location was good. Rooms were a good size. Pool was small and not as it appeared in pictures but at least you could cool off.

Very little English spoken, breakfast was just ok. Pool was not as it looked in the pictures.

Good tv channels clean. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was ok , good location.

Large well furnished room with kettle and fridge. Large balcony. Swimming is small but adequate. Views from pool area are incredible. Breakfast is basic but good. Furniture is little dated but that's reflected in the price. Great location. Down a quiet street but ten mins or so to beach, bars and night market. Staff are really polite and helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend

For the price couldn't fault anything. If you want 5 star pay 5 star prices. This is definitely VFM

Very clean , a bit tired, good location, very nice staff , bedding and towels changed daily and room cleaned, free water, adequate breakfast.

Not very nice experience booked two nights but only stayed one

Door staff always asleep. No car park. Bed like rock. No hot shower. Breakfast expensive and very limited choice. Swimming pool very small and sunbeds etc in very poor condition.

The only positive I can say is the balcony was big and the bed was comfortable.

Property is old and has not been maintained. I had several issues and had to move to a different room which also had water issues. Breakfast was ok. Doors are warped/twisted an allow insects/Geekos into the room.
