Asia Cha-Am Hotel

The staff was polite and apologetic.

The room was poorly lit brown on brown. Drapes hung off their hooks. The wall behind the pillow had dirt marks and peeling wall paper. There was no overhead lights and the mattress was hard. The toilet seat had black marks engraved in it. I gathered my luggage and checked out within mere hours of checking in.

Breakfast Was okay the fried donuts with pandan custard was good. And the omelettes were nice too.Hotel was nice rooms and bathroom are massive and staff were friendly. We was staying in building B to the left. The location was great.

Rooms could do with a little update.And mattress to springing so felt every movement but that’s personal preference so not a bad thing.

Terrible, all four of us hated it, none of us were able to sleep.

The rooms smelled bad, we coughed all night from the poor air quality.(we had two rooms,four people) In one of the rooms both people were scratching all night, one had bites on her arm from something in the bed. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable.

Very big room with 2 bed queen size and single bed. Bathroom is also very big with bathtub and seperate shower room. Good supplies ie. Soap, cotton buds, shower cap, and coffee with teapot. 24 hours check-in!

Parking lot is limited if you come late at night.

At last a comfortable bed, been in Thailand for 6weeks so far and up to now everywhere has very hard beds. Thanks Asia hotel.

Nothing to not like, location is ideal and all hotel facilities were good.

Weak wifi - it was often dropping off. Bit dated bathroom and room but it is good value for money. The mattress on the bed wasn't the most comfortable..We could hear noises from a corridor when other guests were coming to the rooms at night, but I guess there is not much that can be done about it.Long wait for hot water in the shower

All of the communal areas are quite nice and the staff were very pleasant. Both the roof top pool and the ground floor pool were very nice. We did not eat in the restaurant so we cannot comment.

Sadly, the rooms (two rooms in the annexe) were badly maintained. The bathrooms were both BADLY in need of redecorating. The mattresses were very poor quality. We spend a lot of time in Thailand and on this occasion we are staying for a whole month. The standard of this hotel is low, purely as the result of proper maintenance being carried out. We were warned by a Thai friend of ours and they were right. I do not understand how the Booking.com reviews number over 500 and very positive whereas Trip Advisor have around 250 with an average of 3.5 ⭐ and quite a lot of poor reviews which reflect our experience. We will continue to use Booking.com but balance our search by reading Trip Advisor.

Very hard beds, but the staff vere very helpful - they made the beds softer with a thin mattress which helped oss through the night

Nothing we booked 4 nights payed for 4 but checked out after 1 night .

Room was old , bed lumpy . Damp smell . There is an English camp for children who was running up and down corridor outside room at all hours ! Our room was with swim up pool.. do not believe the photos . Breakfast was not good and again kids from camp everywhere .

Rooms bit dated but great value for money.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful Breakfast was excellent value and well stocked.Rooftop pool was attractive but there were no sunshades provided so it was impossible to stay up there for longRoom, although a good size and clean, was in need of a total refurb, with very tired fittings…our curtain fittings were broken and our bed wasn’t very comfortable.

It's located good location, 7-11 is on the front. The gym is 17th floor which view is very nice. The breackfast is okay quality. We can select many kinds.

Cleaning room is not good. Many hairs are still in the room. Roof pool is a dirty because of may birds to come drink water.

Everything about the hotel was top notch. At our request an early check in was given. The rooms were big, clean, the bathrooms were nice too and so were the balconies. The breakfast spread was huge and taste of food was great too. The pools were nice. It is located on the beach. 12 on 10. Extremely happy with all aspects.
