Ibis Hua Hin Hotel

Comfortable and near the city

I stayed in family room. There was dust on the bunk beds.

Very close to the beach, very kind, friendly and helpful staff, good parking.

Walls a bit thin

Close to beach walking distance to males and other shops

Not much to dislike you get what the advert says tvs in all ibis are poor no smart tv wifi average

Internet really bad, although they did provide us with a router when we reported it

The hotel is not near the beach; we have to walk about 5 minutes to get there

All the staff were great, from the security, reception and the housekeeping

The breakfast is terrible, and when you order food or drinks around the pool, you have to pay straight away and can not put them on your room. Also, 210 baht for a small beer is very expensive.

location was good as it was just down an alley from the beach and on the beach side of the road. The staff were great and the breakfast was adequate

it was advertised that there were cycle hire at the facility but there was not and that is a little misleading. But otherwise everything was fine.

Clean and cozy hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location close to the beach and local food markets and restaurants.

Not a lot..staff was ok..very friendly..especially the old guy at the outside enterance

Felt pushed out...very small room...breakfast was just ok..it was included in the price...staff seemed not helpful in the restaurant...just standing there waiting to take the plate away..

The rooms are quite small, but very well appointed. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice and availability. Location for us was very good.

Only the car parking spaces are a bit on the small side.

- Quite long distance (300m) to the beach- Few parking lots at the hotel, need to park another place on the other side of the road.

everything is good especially my older kids like to play with the PS4 which the CD need to request from the counter. they enjoy their stay

nice … but very strict on age of kids which we book family which can stay in together but they insist we need to book another standard room.. this make us need to pay extra

No such things, all that we expected was there

Comfortable room. Comfortable pillows. Water pressure/shower fine. Good selection of TV programmes. Pool ok with sunbeds often available.

Restaurant/cafe closes at 7pm.Hotel courtesy bus permanently parked at front of hotel but told it was not available to residents because it had been booked for the duration of our stay?Average breakfast selection.

Basic rooms with comfortable bed, good shower and small balcony, which was fine for me as a solo traveller.The staff were all friendly.Location: Hotel is 5 minutes walk from a glorious beach, which this alone would make me want to stay here again.

The times for the evening meals could be better, as 5pm-7pm is a little restrictive.Food at the hotel was good, but not a lot of variety.The amount of sun loungers at the pool area is very limited.This was the first time I have been to a hotel in any country and been charged when asking for a printed copy of my boarding pass (not a huge charge, but unusual nonetheless).
