Amazing room of 101 sq mt with a private pool with direct swimming access to the shower of the main bathroom!!!!! Every detail of the room is clearly the product of very inspired interior designers with no concern for sparing money. AMAZING!

Great hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds.

Great position a few minutes from the center of town - we had an upgrade so ended up with a big room, pool and a roof terrace. Breakfast is top notch. Staff are great and very friendly

Not much space around pool when busy

The beach chairs, reading room, restaurant and,and all the lovely and friendly staff.

Great location and rooms-beautiful view from the pool

Chairs around the beach and pool were mostly reserved by 8am with staff not moving towels even though they might be empty for hours.Food at breakfast not really replenished after 10am unless you ask.Housekeeping left rooms open while cleaning so many mosquito come in.Basics like shaving kits not available which is unusual for a 5 star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing – always super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was a big plus: right on the beach and just a short walk to the city center. Having our own private pool in the room was a real highlight – such a great way to unwind in privacy.

The only downside was that some guests reserved sunbeds at the main pool by leaving their towels there, which made it hard to find a spot at times. It would be great if the hotel could do something about that.

Fabulous location with great facilities and friendly staff.

Staff are outstanding. Breakfast was decent, but I have had much better at other 5 star hotels. Their smoked coconuts are fabulous!

I wish the view from the rooms was more tropicl and lush

Room & location perfect. Some steps to the actual beach. Enjoyed Happy Hour each night. Great range for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Prices were good. 7/11 across the road as is Ville Market for other needs and lunch snacks. Village Market opposite side and 10 minute walk south is a multi-level shopping centre with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Tex Burger & wine bar is a few minutes walk north on the opposite side with great food and service.

Should have stayed longer...

Just the best hotel ever x the staff are amazing in all areas from security guard to team on bed turn down of an evening Christian is just amazing we have known Cristian a long time and he directs the team. The team allLove Christian as we do x

It’s a long thin hotel so don’t expect fabulous views

Breakfast was good, decent selection and good quality food Rocks restaurant was ok, I wouldn’t say the cooking was anything to write home about but it was fineThe staff were great, my wife was Ill and fainted in the room suffering a small cut.The staff response was brilliant giving her first aid, very grateful for their support

Noisy air conditioning. We had to move rooms as the compressor broke down. The second room was even noisier due to being near a large piece of machinery that I assumed was the Hotel boiler. Luckily we had earplugs with us for the few remaining nights. The room 116, is also next to a storage/ maintenance room which contained gas cylinders and was also noisy during the day. Avoid this room

Excellent breakfast and location - beautiful modern design with muted colours and light wood detail. Staff are pleasant and there is nothing that is too much for them. Lots of areas and beds for laying by the pool and beach. Close to night markets and downtown area. Small resort with spacious rooms. Don’t miss the free cocktail hour on Tuesday nights followed by a seafood bbq which is worth every dollar. Talented chef. We will be back - this is the most luxurious place to stay in Hua Hin

Excellent breakfast and especially the fresh fruit bar where the lady made the fruit plate for you straight from the fruits. Highly fresh bakery products. Calm boutique hotel.

The water of the private pool was way too cold. You could enjoy it only after a round of golf or other type of sport where cooling your body was what you were looking for.

Fantastic breakfast and good drinks at the rooftop bar. Room was gorgeous with private pool and we were lucky to be upgraded which meant we had private loungers above the room which was fantastic. Main pool gorgeous. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Overhead shower leaked.

This is a small hotel, which offers exceptional hospitality. The staff are charming, modest and very well trained.Rooms are spacious, well appointed and very quiet. Breakfast offers a very wide choice, and dishes are prepared to your order. Service throughout the hotel's amenities is first class.Happy hours, both in the early and late evening, serve drinks on the rooftop bar. Under the stars!The special barbecue on a Tuesday, following a drinks reception for all guests, offers great seafood - as much as you wish.

Before booking this excellent hotel, be aware that it does not have any real access to the beach at this location.This isn't a problem if you just enjoy being around the large hotel pool.Perhaps the management should take more stringent steps to stop selfish guests 'reserving' sunbeds with beach towels in their extended absences.

Room was spacious and the bathroom was the largest I’ve ever seenTranquil and luxury gardens and pool area lovely and shadedBreakfast was amazing and the staff were always attentive, we felt truly pampered and at times didn’t want to leave the resort so a few times we just sat on the balcony at night with a glass of wine and a good book.

There was nothing to dislike

Spotlessly clean. Staff al lovely. Fabulous room.
