Great beach location...right across the Bluport Shopping Mall.

Quite close to Bangkok Hospital...get to hear the siren from the ambulance ?

The best experience ever, staff location, clean, they gave us upgraded room.

Its proximity to the beach, which was beautiful.

Cosy room overlooked a dual carriage way and the footbridge which lit up with flashing coloured lights at night. Traffic noise could be clearly heard from the room. No plugs for kettle and coffee machine near the amenities area in which they were left.No milk/creamer for coffee. There is a DVD player in the room, but none for loan, so bring your own if you have them. No bluetooth speaker. Toilet roll holder loose.

Breakfast was very bad. Room change during stay because of broken of air-conditioning.

Perfect location, same building with mall, shopping center and restaurant plus walking distance to beach.

Pet friendly but with so many condition and restriction.

We clearly mentioned we were staying with a pet and the booking.com website allowed us to book a King room with a private pool. However, when we were checking in, the hotel informed us that they have a whole separate wing that is pet friendly but it's does not have an ocean view. This was very disappointing, and while the room they gave was perfectly fine and very pet friendly, it was disappointing that we didn't stay close to the beach or the pool.

Spacious property located directly near / on the beach. Peaceful and quiet, very relaxing.Superb breakfast facility. Really nice pools. Across the road from a shopping mall.

The breakfast wasn’t that much good and the service was very slow in the restaurant, there are some insects in the balcony which keep me scared.

Five star all around-service, location, facilities, cleanliness, Super attentive staff, direct beach access, internal restaurants and bars, private beach, excellent location. One of Hua Hin's best hotels.

-The location is amazing next to the mall very convenient -The room is super spacious we stayed in the blue wing (for pets) have all the amenities for pets -The bed is huge and super comfy -The main pool in another wing is amazing

-The room is not sound proof you can hear everything from the street to the neighbors down the hall -The water from the shower keep leaks out and flooded the floor -The water pressure of the rain shower is very low

Property in good location, rooms were good size and clean

Unfortunately lots…. The food quality was poor, the club room was under staffed, many junior staff but not many senior. Room was missing coffee machine and took 15 mins to get a coffee at breakfast ! Little things but they add up. It’s a bit tired and mismanaged

Perfect clean, friendly staff, good reasonable restaurants and a perfect new equipped gym.

Food from all restaurants and room service was great, house keeping staff are great and very helpful. Great pet friendly facilities.

no control over guests with pets - the guests sign disclaimer but dont clean after their pets, walk their pets off leash - one guests with 4 dogs without leash attack my dog, when i complain they dont do anything about it. The staff kept chasing me to pay (for their own fault) as if i was going to run away without paying. and the hotel is not infant friendly at all - you cant go around with a stroller - no ramps and nobody helps

The bed positioning just in the middle of the room Doesn’t look like in the picture It should be placed against the wall Tv should be on the opposite side.

The hotel was maintained beautifully and very clean throughout. The pool area was great and right by the beach. The breakfast was first class and all the staff were extremely helpful, kind and considerate. The food options for lunch around the pool were good.

Whilst food options around the pool area were great and reasonable value for money the beverage options were extremely expensive. So much so that most guests including ourselves once we had realised would walk out on the beach to other areas to grab a drink, beer or whatever. I don’t mind paying a premium for a drink relaxing by the pool but for example once you included tax and service one single beer would be more than 3 x outside. Maybe 2 x is acceptable. Anyway drinks aren’t everything and on the whole hotel very good.

Lovely location with very friendly staff. The spa was gorgeous with great facilities.

Ambience, staff, not too many children.

Wi Fi, of which shall be updated .Need more security from beach end , prevent non guests using facilities. Just wished guests could stop towel reserving and then , leaving sunbeds vacant for half the day

The food and service were both amazing. Also, it never felt busy at all.

There was nowhere to go for nice walks. You could only go ‘so far’ along the beach depending on how far the tide was in.
