Maleesa Place Hua Hin.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. (We had a slight issue/ event with a bug early upon arriving and they can in and took care of it as well as offered for us to change rooms.Overall clean facility, you get more space than a standard hotel room with kitchenette, large closet, and efficient house keeping service when requested. We enjoyed the roof top especially in the early morning and evenings when it wasn’t too hot.

The beds seemed small, possibly full sized rather than queen size, which was a challenge for my husband who is 6 feet tall. Also, the small couch was a bit stained and could use a cleaning or cover for better presentation and feel comfort to sit on it (instead of avoiding it as we did).

Location: Next to Market Village Hua Hin, several restaurants, many massage places, and not far from the beach.

Some rooms are near the parking garage of Market Village shopping mall, so it can be a bit noisy at times.

The location is very nice, very close to department store and many restaurants near the main street. The room size is cozy with small living area, kitchenette, bathroom and tiny balcony. Planning is fine as they suppose to be. Clean and smells good. The facilities are sufficient, I heard they had small swimming pool but didn’t explore it. The sixth floor included small fitness with snack bar and few outdoor seats. We can see the sea from afar here. Pretty serene. I like that we could have fair amount for breakfast at the snack bar there. Yoghurts, bread and jams, and coffee machine.

We tried to use the hood when we cooked but can’t find the way to turn it on. Plus, I really hope they could give us two keycards. The keycard will be used to access the building too. As it supposed to be. But when one of us needs to grab sth in the car. He has to bring the card with him and I will be sitting in the room without light. It’s a bit frustrating since there is very simple way to solve it.

Very convenient managed efficiency condo. This is a newer property one block off the main highway and next to the Market Hin Hin shopping center. A few blocks from the beach in a newer part of town. Nice modern facilities, including a self-service Expresso/Italian coffee machine on the sixth flr.

Ideal location for a long stay in Hua Hin, very clean, great coffee on the 5th floor every morning, short walk to the beach and Market Village shopping centre, comfy beds with good quality linen, can't fault it.

The room is really comfortable with all kitchen amenities you need. Good coffee machine on rooftop. Peaceful and quiet street.

Great friendly and helpful staff.Rooms are cleaned daily.Kitchen is very good and supplied with that you need to cook basic meals.Good size bathroom with a good shower.Lift to access all floors.Nice small pool to cool off in.Good WiFi.

The rooms at the back of the hotel do not get any sun.Dining table in the standard room, not in the superior room.Smaller shower in the superior room than in the standard room.The double bed was too small. The single beds in the standard room would have been better.

Great location close to all, while still very quiet soi for sleeping and peace. Rooftop lounge area is nice for relaxing with coffee and enjoying the view.

Not really a dislike but for a tall person bed seemed a little short and although it's apparent from photos the pool is more of a plunge pool. Not really a big deal as ocean is just down the street.

Once again front office and house staff provided a fantastic place to stay for an extended period. I will be back.Accomodation is fantastic. Rooms away from the elevator and not near the first floor door are the best.

The staffs are great. They go out of the way to help you. The location is perfect. It’s next to the market village and close to all restaurants.

Pay extra for the rooms facing away from the shopping centre car park, the squeaking of wheels can be annoying.

Super noisy from the car park. The room is too bright and the air con is way too loud. The double bed is also rather small.

Comfortable apartment with plenty of space to stay more than a few nights. Quiet back street but really close to Market Village for all your food and other shopping needs. Had a small gym and pool as well as provided coffee and snacks on the roof from morning till early afternoon. Staff were great and the room was very clean. Also has laundry on the property for visitors use.

Cute property, very clean, walkable distance to beach mall , massage, in a very central attractive location in Hua Hin , though a small hotel , it’s got every facility, even a small pool. Staff very polite and helpful, will be back in future!

Very central apartment hotel close to Market Village. Nice apartments serviced every day with clean beddings, towels and water. The staff even doing the dishes! Very friendly and communicative staff. Too bad that the place is let down by sub par internet. I had to use my mobile internet subscription. Invest in a better internet conncection and it will be 5 stars next time.

It was nice to have a small kitchen where we made some nice scrambled eggs. Also, I liked the hotel as it had modern features, plus there was free fresh-bean coffee and gym access. Finally I like that it was close to the beach, just 9 min walk.

There was not much natural light in the room, the balcony was so small that it could not be used, and because it was close to Market Village, you could hear the cars coming and going into the parking lot, which was a bit annoying. Also, the air conditioner was a bit too loud.

Good location next to Villa Market. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Staff, location, facilities, rooms (bed & shower) all spot on ? I tried to extent they had nothing until February and shows their exceptional reputation. Beware of pricing here this fluctuates greatly, so book well in advance.
