iSanook Resort & Suites Hua Hin

Excellent staff from the desk to maids. The manager.went out of his way to take me to the beech and provide me with recommendations to restaurants out in town. 5 star. Excellent friendly room cleaning best I ever had.

Hotel is the best value in Hua Hin. If you get a Grab App installed the taxis are cheap. Otherwise too far to walk to center of town.

Interested in the facilities & the staff's service. Besides, the location is good which is near from the beach. Addionally, i appriciate the pool with salt & no clo water.Breakfast food quality is good

- The toilet & bathroom is opened and linked in the room which should be more seperated & privated in order to avoid the smell from them.- the buffet menu should be more diversified for the charged price.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Room service was prompt and food was ok in the bar and coffee shop. Breakfast buffet is very good and had a great selection.

They gave me threadbare and frayed towels and sheets that really need to be recycled..for a 4 star hotel that was not up to par. There was sometimes a mildewy smell in the room probably from the plumbing. While there is room for minor improvement overall they are doing a good job.

The staff were extremely friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The pool was also a hit with our toddler - great as it had a kids splash areas

Everything stayed last year returned because we enjoyed it

Nice and new apartment in Khao takieb. Good location 5 minutes walk from 2 beaches and near restaurants. Very comfy bed. Great pool area. Very friendly and efficient staff.

It was more a hotel room than a studio.

the facilities clean and nice. the desk staff amazing and very helpful. good location to the nicer Kao Takiab beach area which has a village feel compared to the modern and very touristy Hua Hin area

Everything about iSanook is excellent. Clean, good food, great breakfast, very helpful staff. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 11.

Nice location, close to the beach but also close to the running and bike lane (for us important because we came here for training). Very big swimming pool as well! I love the garden with many trees and flowers that makes the landscape so relaxing and peaceful! You don’t hear any noise from the street!The staff very nice and friendly Room clean and big enough

I don’t have any negative things to say but maybe if I have to find something bad maybe the noise of the AC

Not enough sun loungers and loungers taken and no body on them most of the day. Also sun loungers need a cushion. Hotel caters for western guests and I think Asian guests wouldn’t like this hotel

Comfortable modern resort. Has a nice pool and a reasonable gym. Easy walk to both beaches and plenty of dining options close by.

Breakfast was standard for a hotel of this caliber - pool was fantastic, gym was big and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and big. Location was a little outside the center of Hua Hin but there was a shuttle 5x/day and easy to get a Grab.

The doors for the toilets don't go from the floor to the ceiling. It was smoky while we were there so it would have been nice to close off the stairwell doors to help the air quality on the room floors.

A relaxing end to our 3 week holiday in Thailand. Everything thing about this place was exceptional. We had a pool view room with a balcony. Which was 64 m.❤️

The staff were very accommodating to our needs, helpful and welcoming .It was my dad’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make his day special by giving him a cake and decorating his room.They were very helpful in providing us support in how we get around in hua hin.

All the facilities are top notch, clean and so comfortable. The pool area is very large. The huge lobby is a relaxing area to hang out while waiting for the free shuttle to the downtown area.The long, beautiful beach is only a 5 minute walk away.All the staff are so happy helpful and friendly. It must be a great place to work.

This is a 5+ star place to stay in southern Thailand. Every single employee we dealt with was so helpful and happy. We loved the large pool area and could always find a place to sit. The breakfast was extensive and yummy. The shuttle into the downtown area is a nice touch.
