Sailom Hotel

We loved its location. The staff were attentive, friendly, kind, helpful. The room was spacious; the AC worked great. Breakfast buffet was fine. The price was affordable for us. It was wondeful to have a lounge chair and a shade umbrella at the beach.

-nothing- It was perfect for us.

We stayed in the premium rooms at the Crown Tower. It cost a bit more but the room is nicer and more sunlit. We also paid for the Executive Lounge access Free snacks, soft drinks and liquor.

We don't have any regrets or complaints.

Improve the Breakfast, the Hot Buffet eggs etc.should be hot not cold even at the start of service 7am Maybe introducean EGG Station that would be good and easy to do, also the staff , use to come and top up your tea or coffee, small changes can make for better customer satisfaction .

We spent and enjoyed three wonderful weeks in March at the Sailom Hotel, which has an excellent location right on the beach. The hotel grounds feature two swimming pools and a beautifully decorated outdoor area, which we really liked. The dining area offers a direct view of the sea. The room was spacious, with large beds. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly. The Bluport shopping mall is located nearby. We highly recommend it—people of all ages will find something to enjoy here.

The breakfast selection could be more varied.

Apparently coffee is never served hot enough.People get a lounge chair early then never give it up all day even if they are gone

Older Hotel with a lot of charme right at the beach

Lovely friendly staff. The pool and beach area were relaxing and well serviced.

Both the Western and Thai breakfast was fairly basic with limited daily choice. The outside restaurant area could do with updating.

Location excellent. Staff very good. Breakfast was a buffet, very well laid out and food was good. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The only frustration was the WiFi at the hotel is not joined up, you need to input multiple access codes to get full capabilities around the facility. The hotel is a little dated.

I have stayed in Sailom for many years and always enjoy the high standard of food they offer and the service they provide,

The coffee at breakfast , and maybe have the eggs cooked to order by the buffet outside, bring a top up of tea/coffee round like you used to !

Too far from Hua Hin

Great location, good breakfast, strong wifi, next to beach

Water pressure low for shower, a little run down

Location, very convenient just across the biggest mall in Hua Hin. Nice beach side.

No hot water with very very low presure water, the most uncomfortable thing.

On the beach front and a short Tuk Tuk ride to downtown Hua Hin. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Clean room

Staffs do not like fellow Asians. Treated not so nicely
